This is one of the Samsung phones that I really enjoyed using, I own Samsung phones right from s2 and each of them slowed down or had issues after 1.5 years of use. But this one I am using it for close to 3 years now and it still performing including the battery. No issues at all and very pleased with it. Never felt like it’s the time to buy new one. Samsung has nailed it since this model.

I had a S7 which had been great. But decided to upgrade to the S9+, best move I ever made. Great phone good price.

My wife loves her new phone! A welcome upgrade from the Galaxy S6. A word of caution: if you purchase the unlocked version and try to take it to AT&T, you will not be allowed to use some features such as wi-fi calling and visual voicemail.

I bought this phone for my wife and I found out the unlocked phone is cheaper than a 2-year contract phone. The advantage of the unlocked phone is the freedom to switch phone service. It was easy to set up and my wife loves the Sunrise gold color to match her Samsung Galaxy rose gold watch. The discount is the same as Samsung website, so pickup in store is the best option. The pick up was fast and easy because I completed the shopping before the Thanksgiving holidays.

Samsung does not longer has to look up to iPhone. I honestly think it competes with iPhone and bet it in some areas. one that seems non-important but it means the world to me (do not change it please) is that is does not force you to do thing "Samsung way". iPhone is full of it, it is always pushing to do things Apple's ways and what it is worse it is Apple's way of no way. sharing data with the computer and handling more data is another great improvement.

I purchased the unlocked version as a Christmas present when it was on sale. What I didn't realize was that for visual voicemail to happen on Verizon with this phone it has to be a Verizon phone. I previously had unlocked Pixels where it worked find and didn't think there would be a downside to an unlocked phone. Posting in hopes of others avoiding this situation.

My last phone was a Samsung S6. This phone's storage, camera, and extras are so much better and enjoyable to use.

Large display screen for video watching and game playing. Also, camera takes clear and smooth pics. Love it!!

The large, bezel-less display is truly iconic and beautiful, and the screen quality excellent. The fingerprint scanner being placed on the back is a poor decision from Samsung, as well as the iris scanner / facial recognition not working well enough to be a real consideration. However, these aren’t deal breakers, and the improved battery life and tweaked camera will be among the best you’ll find.

Camera is unbelievable. Samsung 9 makes it very easy to use. I would recommend this phone to anyone.
