Never have I been disappointed with a Samsung product. Takes great pictures and all setup was very simple.

I've owned a few Samsung S model devices. the 1st one I didn't like. the S7 edge well I loved it. I didn't think it could get better. I was wrong. The S9 Plus has better audio and better picture taking abilities.

Awesome amazing phone, definitely worth getting. Love the unlocked aspect for my travels internationally.

Upgraded from S7. I like everything about this phone. Easy to use. Battery life excellent.

Device looks great. Specs are good and it is fairly easy to use. Bought as a gift and no complaints yet.

The size of the screen + its outstanding camera are two of the many features why this is a great cell phone.

I'm disappointed with my first unlocked phone. The phone still came with ATT and Samsung bloatware, and performance for a brand new phone is disappointing. I've had the phone for just over 6 months, and it freezes up on occasion while texting and battery life isn't impressive even though I rarely fast-charge it. Also, Samsung needs to get rid of that annoying reminder about turning up the volume on a bluetooth device! However, I'd still take any Android phone over an iPhone. And I have given iPhones a fair shake since my corporate phone has been an iPhone since 2015.

No complaints up to this moment. It has everything I need and more. Very fast and a long lasting battery.

I was really suprised how much faster and clean this phone is compared to my old S7. A huge improvement!

Samsung never lets me down this was a great purchase along with choosing any provider was a plus.

Needed upgrade from Galaxy S-4, but the phone system is so complicated that easy use has become obsolete. It's also very big and difficult to hold. Pictures are great, but they tried to make that, and other small things, too much like an iPhone, and I din;t like that at all. I also would prefer an actual home button rather than a hidden one on the screen, which now takes 2 hits to get "Home" vs one before. They sacrificed ease of use, for a sleeker look, which wasn't necessary. Eventually I will get used to it, and/or Android will update and change everything again.
