Best smartphone seen ever.Audio sound clear,with great camera

As always Samsung had better photo outcome as compared to Apple

Loved this phone! Had it now for over 2 years, its starting to slow down and I'm looking at the new s20 ultra but I really liked this phone while I had it! Just missing that ultrawide camera. Screen finally cracked but survived quite a few falls. Very waterproof in my experience.

Love the Galaxy 9+. It does so much so fast it is incredible.

Samsung support service is excellent. I had a problem with messaging that turns out was a problem with my provider's settings. Before going to the provider, I called Samsung service. The agent was very knowledgeable, well spoken and systematically tried to resolve the problem. As a result, I would consider othe Samsung products in the future.

I upgraded from a two year old phone, that was always great to use. This phone has been incredible! It was easy to transfer all my items from my old phone to this one. I play a few games on my phone and stream music quite often and this battery hasn't disappointed me one bit. You can do so many personalizing on it to make it a dream to use!

I purchased this phone just to try out and see how I liked it compare to my apple iPhone we’ll the phone had a gorgeous colorful display and I love the fact that you can customize the homepage screens but other than that there really isint anything else I can say about it. It’s a nice looking phone but has a lot of apps and functions everywhere I guess I’m just not use to it, but then it just made me realize how much I love my iPhone I guess it was a good try and for others would probably love it but to me it was nothing special.

Bought this as a gift. Great phone, very fast & reliable.

Its alot alike the s8 plus in terms of looks. The finger scanner is in a much easier location on the s9 plus in my opinion and a little faster. Camera is better happy with purchase but if I could have waited I would get the next s10 or the next note, but unfortunately my phone was cracked up and couldn't use parts of the screen due to cracks.
