It's been the best phone I have ever had. It's held up great. My only complaint is now, after 2 us, it's not holding it's battery life very long. I guess that is to be expected after 2 yrs. O will definitely upgrade with a new Samsung!

I CURRENTLY HAD THE S5, AS YOU CAN TELL THIS WAS VASTLY UNDER POWERED AND OUTDATED. THE S9 PLUS WAS A WELCOMED ADDITION. I HAD TO ADJUST TO THE NEW LAYOUT AND CURRENT OPPERATING SYSTEM. CLEARLY A WISE CHOICE. GREAT JOB SAMSUNG!

So you can use it out of the box or tweak it to your own personal preferences... And a must say, the pictures this phone takes are stunning
