I got this phone for my wife. She loves it. It’s very easy to use. The “ok Google” feature is her favorite. The camera takes excellent photos. This is just an overall great phone.

Perfect phone. Camera is one of the best out there and it's fast and efficient. I had the samsung galaxy 5 before this and it's 100x better and now I can't live without it!

Had to get a replacement phone to upgrade my S7 edge so I purchased this one and it has been amazing. Works much faster, screen looks better, and the camera will blow your mind.

Amazing phone, the screen has a perfect size, very beautiful and modern design. The fingerprint sensor is in the right spot. Very easy to use, I am extremely happy with my phone.

I upgraded from an S5 to an S9+ and definitely don't regret spending a bit more for the double camera, which is one of my main issues with my previous phone. I don't really have any complaints except that the Bixby button is annoying. I like the side panel that you can swipe out for easy access to up to 8 apps. Have not had problems with the lack of a physical home button, and I enjoy that it still has a headphone jack. It's definitely a bigger phone than my last (it's especially tall - more so than the S9), so one-handed operation can be tricky.

Like a dream, this is the fastest cell ever. The design ultra modern, looks like from the a fiction movie. 200% recommend it. Move to Galaxy and never use again other phone.

I really enjoy my GalaxyS9+! The display is sharp and pleasant to look at. Amazing quality for videos and pictures, not to mention the super cool slomo (that can only be used in natural light, but still cool!). Sound quality is also nice! Overall it is a very powerful, durable (with the help of a good case, you can never be too careful) and beautiful phone. One of the best I've ever had! I also have a two year old, and if you have kids then you know how quick they can destroy a phone. I am comfortable leaving it alone with him, it's survived 2 trips in the toilet and works just as well as when I originally bought it.

I bought this for my wife for Christmas and she loves the big screen and extra storage space. Dual cameras and plenty fast for an average user. She loves the color.

Upgraded from an S6 and have been using this phone for about 2 weeks now at the time of this review, and this phone is just amazing. The screen is beautiful to look at and the colors are so vibrant, multitasking is smooth and fast, and the battery life is pretty good. In terms of the battery, it can last me about a day and a half, depending on what I do. I often listen to music, watch videos on YouTube, and use social media apps like Twitter and Facebook throughout the day. I only ever need to charge once a day and it can last overnight. Overall, I love this phone and I intend to keep it for a while.

This a great phone with a beautiful display. The camera is great. The phone is very fast. As an added bonus, it still has an audio jack and comes with very nice earbuds.

To date I have had no problems with this phone! It connects to my car, tv speakers, computer, and wifi with no problems. I have no problems with service (I have verizon) and the charge time is great. The camera is excellent and while space became an issue, I put in a memory card and that was fixed. I know all of the new phones with the grand features are appealing but if you want a good working phone with good features consider this one!

This phone has a terrific screen. Resolution is outstanding. Performs smoothly, without lag and the battery life is pretty good. Really happy with this purchase.

Good battery life, very fast and responsive. The fingernprint reader works well. My only problem is the Bixby button is annoying for anyone that doesn't use it

Great phone and price was unbeatable from Best Buy. The phone itself is amazing, super fast and so many upgraded features (like the app shortcut swipe). Keep it up Samsung! The purchasing experience from Best Buy was convenient, fast and relatively easy online purchase. But it seemed to me I had to activate through Best Buy to get the SIM card for the carrier instead of just being able to get the carrier SIM card with the phone and activate myself under an existing plan. When I tried to search for a SIM card on the site, they only had a prepaid one which isn't helpful.

Love my new Samsung galaxy S9. It has two cameras, best pictures than other androids, long battery span 16 hours don't have to worry about charging every day.

This is Samsung at the top of their game. They have made subtle, but progressive changes each year they come out with a new device. I came from my old trusty Galaxy S5 to the S9, had some issues with the screen rotation & camera. Also had buyers remorse about not getting the plus model, so I took it back 10 days later & upgraded. After it's all said and done I have about 3gb of free RAM with only essential apps installed on the S9+ but on the S9 I barely had any because the system apps take up a lot of the 4gb. Free RAM = faster phone. Its definitely bigger & heavier so if you wear basketball shorts like me get the otterbox defender & use the belt clip or else it might pull your shorts down in your pocket. Huge screen + bigger battery + bigger RAM = Awesome. ONLY downside is weight/holding it in 1 hand. Also...I recommend ordering the Whitestone Domeglass screen protector if you want the best available for your S9+ my Zagg product from Best Buy came off easily :( and it's the only screen protector they carry....smh

This is my first time having a Samsung phone in years and I love it. The camera is good and it has a long battery.

Overall a great phone. Solid battery life and beautiful screen. Unlocked is much better because it doesn't have all the junk apps from the Carrier installed.
