The phone was a great price at best buy and being unlocked is nice since it is not loaded with added garbage.

I like my new Galaxy S9. It's pretty fast and also it is cheaper with so many features. I really liked it.

I have been used for just 4 years but few things problem is need replace new battery, need fix alter vibrate and need fix Background Notications . Avoid overtime for charge battery some times.

I have been an avid Samsung consumer for many years. Best Buy has great deals when it comes to Samsung. So, I knew that is where I was going to go when my phone broke. I had a Samsung 4 for four years and it finally gave out on Thanksgiving, which was great timing because black Friday was the next day. This new phone has given me many more options. I use the camera a lot! It takes great pics!

I needed my phone to clock in for work and it died in me. I didnt want to spend so much on a new phone and thats all my carrier had and Amazon had a long wait for delivery. Luckily it was an S6 and I could transfer everything with my Samsung account to a new Samsung phone and BB had the S9 available. Faster, longer battery life and fast charging with the USB Type C.

I had the Samsung Galaxy S2 for many years, and finally decided to join the 21st century with the latest Galaxy S9. It was a great upgrade. I prefer Android phones, which it why I did not go with an iPhone. The Samsung phone seems well designed and has many features that works just out of the box. Being an unlocked phone, I merely had to transfer the SIM card from the old phone to this new phone, and voila! It was up and running in no time.

This is very cool phone. We went from an S6 to an S9. Much sleeker with more features and much faster charging times. The Best Buy price was much better than AT&T. Since it's unlocked, we took it to AT&T and they switched it over in less than 10 minutes. Easy. Then we used the Smart Switch app back at home to transfer data from the old phone to the new phone. Love the unlocked phones. The whole process was fast and easy.

Very happy with my purchase, great phone and fantastic camera. Perfect size too for my teenager.

If you happen to have a phone earlier than a S7 series or other generation then you should treat yourself to an S9. The phone is snappy and up to what most people need it to be without being too large. It takes great pics for a phone, just make sure to put an SD card in so you have room for apps. Only major gripe is battery runtime, meaning apps need to be turned off for maximum endurance. All in all pretty pleased with it.

I held off purchasing a phone until I knew I HAD to get another one. I'm a Galaxy lover and like how reliable they are. I had the 1 then 3 then 5. The 10 just came out but I'm not all about gettting the newest phone on the market. Being that this was just over $400 and still new, I went ahead and got it. Love the camera quality and all the features that came with it. Couldn't ask for anything more.

The battery life, speed and the screen.. all of it is perfect.. I couldn't asked for a better phone.

Love this phone and all its features. It is easy to use, I love the swipe texting feature and it has a great camera! I’m a little concerned that the screen protector is not functional...did not stay on and when it was on the phone it has air pockets that made it hard to work the phone. After it fell off I just left it off. Love the phone just worried about how the screen will hold up over time without a protector.
