This phone has one of the best cameras I've seen in a smartphone. It has been an easy transition up from my S5. It's been fun to experiment with and I haven't had to ask for any help yet. My only negative is having no changing weather pictures on the home screen. Also my ring tone did not transfer over, but that is minor.

I currently prefer this to the S10. It's quite a bit cheaper and its performance compares very well. I love the screen, though I changed the color settings to "Basic" since that's closest to the sRGB standard and I want the colors to match reality. The camera is great, I'm really glad this has a headphone jack, and I use an SD card so I'm glad this phone still supports that. When I saw the S10 in person I was disappointed most of all that there is still a little bit of the screen at the top and bottom not lit up by pixels. I suppose it's still technically bezel-less but I don't see the point in purchasing the S10 when it has these bezel-like features. I suppose the upcoming "waterfall" screen phones will get rid of this entirely, but then I'm curious if you can even put a case on those phones. Maybe they will be sturdy enough that you won't need one? I also hate the term "waterfall" since it makes me think of kitchen sinks... The only thing that I don't like about this phone is its battery. It actually is pretty efficient and I use Dark Mode whenever I can to save power, but there are much bigger batteries available now. I hate that the glass-back craze prevents me from swapping it out for a bigger one as well. Wireless charging just isn't worth it (or at least, not yet).

My Galaxy S5 has had issues for some time with short battery life and it seemed like I was always having to swap out batteries 1-2 times daily. Saw a good price and what I wanted at BB and with Christmas around the corner, it was hard not to go for the S9 with all the positive reviews on Consumer Reports.Time will tell!!!!

Fast and works great great camera for taking pictures

Very happy with this phone. It's easy to use, upgraded from a Galaxy S5. The phone is fast and I love the color. This is my first unlocked phone, found out after I bought it that I don't have all the features as a AT&T phone but, I'd buy an unlocked phone again. We saved a bundle on this unlocked phone vs an AT&T phone.

I am very happy with the phone. It has a great camera, great processing speed, lots of RAM. Setup was easy. The phone also looks really beautiful and light weight. It is the gift for my 86 years old father. I bought the iPhone X for him first and he felt too heavy. I chose this phone for him and he is very happy with it.

all the features are great except the Bixby. The phone is fast and can be used as a computer with an adapter.

I have owned other Samsung phones starting with the SIII and liked them all, but I love the S9 phone! It's the best phone I have ever owned. All the features are great, especially the curved screen, and the camera is fantastic. It's larger than my S4, S5 or S6, so the dimensions are perfect for viewing texts and videos.

I have love the S9. The camera capabilities was the main reason for choosing it and it hasn't disappointed. Knowing how to use the camera functions properly allows you to create some amazing images. I chose an Otterbox case to really protect the curved glass screen. It has higher edges and corners.

Upgraded from the S7 and I am very happy with the S9. The fingerprint scanner works 100 percent of the time! Samsung Pay is my go to for purchases and works on most credit card scanners. This phone is fast and the battery lasts all day. Works flawlessly with my Subaru Android Auto with the best Anker cable.

This new phone is awesome - the pictures it takes is my favorite, I beat my friends on clairity & light all the time. I love taking video & audio with it as well as the pictures. All that I didn't know I needed in a phone. I am constantly impressed by how clear videos are & like I said - the pictures #1.

I have just up graded from an galaxy S4 and this is a wonderful up grade. This was bought as an unlocked phone so that I could stay with my current provider Straight Talk and after the purchase of a new semi that would fit this phone, the transition from the old phone to the new one was easy.

I was able to take advantage of the thanksgiving deal to procure this phone. S9 from Samsung is an excellent phone on Android OS. Setting up the phone was super easy and navigating through the phone is very intuitive. Best camera, best finger print scanner, expandable memory... list goes on n on...

I upgraded to an unlocked S9 from a locked S7. The transition was pretty seamless; I just transferred my S7 sim card and followed the data transfer procedure with no problems. Quick and easy upgrade. The S9 is noticeably snappier than my S7, and overall I'm pleased with the speed and new features.

Always love Samsung Samsung an se. Great phone not as expensive as the +. Good camera and features.

This is one of the best Android mobiles I bought in the year 2018. I feel it gives a good competition to the Apple mobiles in the market. Bestbuy has given at a good price to the customers on Thanksgiving. Hope so in the same way they need to help the customers by giving this type of Offers.

I had an S7 and had to upgrade due to it not charging, staying charged or the cords wanting to stay in. I had no choice but to buy the unlocked phone outright, but it's been great so far. I love the facial recognition option to unlock the phone. Phone's battery is great so far. I really like it.

This was the first unlocked phone that I got. Very smooth transition from my previous LG v20 to Samsung S9. It took me a day to adjust to smaller screen, but I started to like it more and more every day. It is easily carry about in your pocket due to smaller size. It takes awesome pictures.
