Arguably the best smartphone that I've ever purchased. Works great and plenty of great features. Great camera.

With the unlocked phone you can take it to any provider that accepts unlocked phones. I love the phone but hate the terrible typing. It adds letters you don't want. Have to type real slow.

I got this the day it came out and to this day it works like a wonder. The screen is beautiful to look at and the almost stereo sound is a huge plus. I'm also glad Samsung stayed away from the nodge on this one. The battery life is average. I would recommend this phone to anyone specially because of the retail price and how often it goes on sale now.

Outside of being a smart phone, it is thin enough to fit in my back pocket or shirt pocket without being forced. Fits well in my hand to use. Only 4 stars because of the Samsung updates. It seems every update changes settings or eliminates features/controls, or it moves a particular setting control to another place on the menu. . . very frustrating. Purchased 3 units 10 months ago and have only had problems with one of them.

Was a gift for my daughter she loves it. Likes how it interacts with her husband's Galaxy S9. Great camera.

I had accidentally deleted my internal storage, accounts and photos from my rather beat-up Samsung S6. For months I never thought I would ever see all my old photos or videos again, so when I finally upgraded to a S9 after activation ALL of my old photos, and videos were restored!!! I couldn't be happier with the fact it was so easy to transfer/restore lost content. The transition from my old phone to this one has been easy and very user friendly. Love this phone!!!

As an iPhone person, I was very skeptical about how this phone would run but after using it for a while I was astounded by how smooth it was. It is a very snappy phone with a satisfying camera and plenty of features that make it feel like it’s worth its price tag. My main problem would be the bixby button which I keep hitting accidentally, launching the bixby home button. However after disabling it, the phone was splendid. I do miss iMessage though.

I love this phone, especially the face recognition and eye scanner, the only thing I don't like it's Bixby

I just cant believe all the features this phone has and a great camera if you like taking pictures of anything .

Bought it for the wife and she loves it especially because she can choose what every carrier she wants.
