I've got nothing to compare this phone against so I'll just say, like it's predecessor a Galaxy S7, it's rock solid and is a very high quality phone. I must say though that it's a bit pricey and am starting to become annoyed with all the Samsung apps & Samsung ecosystem that I'm forced to have on the device. I may look elsewhere next time I'm due to upgrade for something less intrusive and expensive.

I love everything especially the camera and emojis

I got this open-box after black Friday so was a pretty good deal for me! Upgraded from Galaxy S7 and absolutely love the camera, speed, and battery life improvements on this! You can set up the facial and iris recognition, which are responsive and nice feature for quick unlocking. Would probably give 5 stars if the Bixby button was configurable for other short-cuts.

This phone is great. I like the camera and screen.

This phone is the perfect starter phone for our 12 year old son. Plenty of memory for him to download games and more. We also got an app on our Note phones that sets permissions for his phone and shows us what he's doing. Also giving him the ability to communicate with us is wonderful. Love it!

This was bought open-box, and while I was somewhat compensated for false claims that everything was included and the item was in "excellent condition" , I would warn people to always double check what you are getting. The phone itself is a strong flagship phone and at a good sale price it would be a great pickup as opposed to renting one from a provider.

Has many features such as face recognition. Fast processing and long battery life. So far no complaints

Expandable storage, beautiful 4k display, headphone jack, full customization. If you are thinking of getting this phone, stop thinking and get it. The only negative about this phone is the battery life, but with the fast charging and optimizable battery usage, it's not a problem. Do your self a favor and get this phone.

Was looking for a replacement for my Samsung Galaxy 7 Edge which had died. Went into Best Buy to purchase a Galaxy 7 or 8 and found an open box deal on the Galaxy 9! Could not pass it up at the price. I have had it for 5 months. No complaints. Still learning all the numerous features and capabilities.

Phone is awesome. Wish Samsung used pure Android, and got rid of bixby. Other than that the phone is great!

Absolutely amazing, hasn't given one bit of trouble. Though I wish Samsung would convert to a lightning cable type charger simply for convenience, as it's easier to insert, I would not trade this phone for anything besides a Note 9 (Larger version with pen). I couldn't ask for a better phone. Samsung = Win

Fast processor and good camera. Standard device size (could have slightly bigger screen) but not an issue.

Phone works great and was easy to set up. I was worried about getting an unlocked phone and then not getting phone updates, or having my data throttled. This has not happened at all! In a month I've already had 2 android updates, and I haven't noticed any issues with slow data. Very happy with this phone!
