I need to be notified when I receive a text message. Nothing works. I Googled it. Apparently a problem many are having. But I can't get it to work

Good phone but I changed the font and it hung for long time. Even after restarting the phone, screen was stuck. I had to revert back the original font.

Phone was fine at first, then the call volume became unhearable. The qeeksqaud protection would not cover it nor would Samsung.

To many issues, broke down a lot, complicated to use it gave a lot of headaches to my wife (It was a gift)

Upgraded from S7 edge to S9+ but it won't let me send or post more then 2 pics it says I reached max 1000kb need to find a fix for this problem.

This was a good phone until they Forced the Android 10 update and my phone never worked right again. Factory Reset id not fix anything Safe Mode did not help. Samsung REFUSED to send a loaner phone and then told me I would have to pay for any fixes. NEVER buying another Samsung Phone again.

This is the shortest amount of time I have ever owned a phone. The WORST of the 4 Galaxy phones I have owned including the prior models, and the longer I had it, the worse the functionality. It was nowhere near as durable as the prior Galaxy models which were almost indestructible even without a case whereas this one cracked with an expensive case within a few months. The charging port had a false "moisture detection" error which would not allow me to charge my phone without restarting it a dozen times. One of the system updates ruined the forward facing camera. It became ridiculously zoomed in, ruined the color, and removed certain options to take pics. I almost did away with Samsung completely after throwing that much money down the drain. Samsung will however let you trade your trash phone in crediting you toward a new device. Getting rid of it was my favorite thing about this phone.

I just upgraded from my Galaxy S8 to this fantastic S9 plus. I have been waiting for this to go on sale and it did at Best Buy. I love the bigger size. The screen color is so natural and so clear. Colors are natural and vibrant. I bought this in the Lilac (light purple) color. Such a beautiful phone. It really shows off the beautiful color with my Tech 21 clear case. Looks very classy. Not one complaint. I love everything about it. The battery life is fantastic. Super fast moving around from screen to screen. What I really love is the camera. The picture quality is truly amazing. Love the "slo-mo" feature of our dog running towards us outside. This has to be the BEST phone out there hands down. You will not regret buying this phone.

I liked the s8 but this one is the same, bought the same phone but a little bit faster and another camera.

Not impressed. Nice screen, great camera but a bit flimsy for my taste.

Samsung makes good phones but not good apps i don't want it in my phone and i can't delete it

Phone looks ok, had some display issues within a year though

owned it for 2 years now, used its features once and never wanted to experience them again. The voice recognition is poor, couldn't turn off annoying notifications. Spent months googling and trying to stop it. Cant handle pop up Yes Or No button when web browsing. Just feel the phone is pretty dumb.

I dont get good service anywhere that I'm at. My s8 plus get better service than the s9 plus

The phone cuts off a lot it drops calls it loses signals

After 2 years, it locks up on you; have to restart

Works good. It does what it advertises as doing. Nothing exciting

It’s an okay phone. Does what it needs to do. Getting over android though

this phone dosent get as good of signal as my S5 thats the only thing i hate about it.

Satisfied with my purchase just wish all the accessories needed weren't so expensive.
