Hate this phone ..hate the bixby button and all the samsung bloatware..these people have never spent a minute testing their products with people that use it..will annoy you for as long as you own it

it looks ok but when you use it, you feel the difference with iphone.

I was so excited to go back to Samsung after having an iPhone for two years. Had the phone for 4 days before the screen cracked, and that was WITH a glass screen protector and a case :( Was majorly disappointed. $230 to get it fixed after spending more than $700 to get it. Samsung was absolutely NO help.

I'm tried take a picture in the night but take a picture missing light.

pretty nice. hard to set up wish easier. could be better

I think might be the one made from China or other countries?

I've had my phone for less than a year it has been acting up

Bough samsung phone after long time but was expensive and not upto the mark. Not a good battery and the interface is still old and boring. Many options available in android with Pixel coming to market or Iphone can always be a good replacement

The phone itself is awesome without any doubt. But it lacks some basic feature like waking up the screen once notifications are received. Only Message app and Whats app does this. As for Whatsapp, if the sender sends more than 1 message, it just shows the count of messages from the sender on the lock screen. All other apps like email, facebook etc, you just get the blue light indicator. You have to press the power/home button to see who sent it. In a modern tech world, this is a basic feature and I missed many email notifications. Called Samsung and they said it does not have feature to wake up the screen for emails etc. Tried many add-on apps and none of them worked for this. So I just went back to my Iphone which never misses any kind of notification

..I gave this to my husband as a gift and he love it.

It's my first time purchasing a Galaxy phone and it will be the last time. The Camara was the main l reason why I purchased it but after camara updates and adjusting camara settings nothing seems to fix this issue. I'm going back to the iPhone!

This phone sucks very slow and it freezes all the time... I had S8 and it was perfect. Dont waste your money buying samsung galaxy s9+............

Samsung need to be improve battery life , its not even working for day long with minimum use. Not satisfied with poor customer service in store.

While talking on the phone the screen turns off after a few seconds. This keeps you from using the keypad to navigate menus. Samsung says there's no way to turn this feature off.

As much as the phone it should be better the performance is slow the battery life is short (half a day)and Bitsy is annoying

I'm trying to go back where I got it. Coz it's freeze a lot and shutting down while I'm using it. Maybe has a defects.

When I bought it was good after a while it freezes or the apps crashes

I bought this phone for my dad however it is not the most user friendly phone. I would recommend a different Android phone.

Poor engineering and hardware parts. Battery had problems after very few months of its usage! Though bought the warranty, Best buy had charge me 250$ for exchanging the mobile. Unfortunately the new device also started giving problems within 3 months of its use!! Greatly Disappointed with Samsung! Over priced. Not worth.
