Not even a yr old and volume is broke.trying to warranty exchange and im not having any luck.go theiugh your phone company.

Why make the phones with glass? Oh I know - so we can break them and buy more.

I've always sworn by galaxy phones but for the price I paid for this phone it was nothing but a huge disappointment. The phone constantly freezes up and requires a restart. Speaker phone is absolutely horrible and everyone complains how horrible the quality is while I use it. Bixby is the most worthless and annoying thing I've ever seen. I constantly have problems with the charging port no matter how many different cables I use. Keyboard constantly lags while trying to type. This phone is just an overall major let down. The only good thing I will say is the camera is fantastic quality.

This is a great android phone and is one of the top best phones of 2018. Speed and performance is impressing, along with the battery life offered with the strength of this phone. The camera is also impressive with clarity enough to see the pores in your face. I would definitely recommend this phone though the phone sometimes gets a little hot to the touch while using the fast charging feauture.

With an automatic OTA update to Android 9 and Samsung One UI, this phone seems hard to beat for the cost. It is very fast and responsive. I'm constantly discovering things it will do that amaze me, right down to measuring your blood O2 levels by simply touching a sensor. The Samsung Pay feature is super convenient and has worked every time I have tried it. I love the edge swiping ability and all the customization available. The display is super sharp, the camera works great and has many settings for those who are into photography. I have only two complaints, 1. The button placement for the unlock/lock. It is directly opposite the volume controls on the other side of the phone and when I go to turn off the display by using my left hand I frequently end up pushing the lock button and one of the volume buttons by accident. But I am slowly getting used to it. 2. Again with placement, the camera lenses are right above the fingerprint sensor. The sensor is in a perfect spot for your finger but if your not careful you will touch the glass in front of the bottom camera lens. But in all fairness I have done this dozens of time and to my amazement have yet to have to clean off a smudge. It's like the Gorilla glass has a force field to repel oil or something. But still is a bit unsettling to me when I feel my finger slip. Honestly that is about all I can complain about on this phone. Hope this helps someone.
