After dealing with sound issues and dropped calls from the S9, I am glad I upgraded to the S9+! It is a great phone. I had iPhone the HTC, this is my favorite. Smart, sassy and easy

So I had this phone for about a year in a half, and in the beginning I absolutely loved it. A few months ago it stopped charging with a cord. I tried buying a new cord thinking maybe it was just that, but to no avail. The only way I could charge it was with a wireless charger. Other than that I didn't have any other issues,

Great camera, battery, focus, fast processor, best in class

The battery discharges at a relatively high speed on normal settings. I started my day at 5:52 AM with a 100% battery charge and at 2:52 PM I had a 35% battery charge. Because of its disappointing battery life, the Galaxy S9+ is, in my opinion, a good rather than a great phone. I hope that Samsung does better with the Note 9.

I decided to try something new because I liked the specs of the Samsung Galaxy S9. Not a good idea! I am definitely an iPhone man. I couldn't figure out how to do anything on the phone without working at it. I find all the notifications annoying. What I did like was the camera but when I used the front for Snapchat I wasn't impressed at all. The screen is also super impressive and I like how they wrap the screen edge. Wireless charging was so so. You have to have the phone set just right or it doesn't charge at all. It also seems like it is so easy to get this phone to tell you you are drawing your battery by streaming and it definitely is going to need to be cleaned out frequently.

The screen is extremely fragile, I have had this phone 3 months and there are small cracks in my screen already. Phone case came from Verizon... not happy. For the price of the phone this is unacceptable!

This unlocked phone has less features than my S6. This is unacceptable. I am returning this phone this evening. I'm pretty aggravated that the sales guy didn't ask if I use wifi calling. What the heck? Its not an optional feature for me and I can't be the only person who was completely surprised to find this out. No worries. Going to return and buy an AT&T phone from another vendor.

Would not recommend this phone to anyone. Tried to exchange it at Best Buy but I was on day 15 and they stop taking them back on day 14. Since day 1 have had ads that pop up all the time, blocking text messages and even incoming phone calls so I can't answer without clicking out. Downloaded, I don't know how many ad blockers, and still have issues. Also, since I have had this, I have not received a lot of my text messages and samsung has been no help on this. Took to geek squad and they only gave me suggestions for what I already did. No help. My phone is used for my business and has caused a lot of issues. The phone does have cool features, but when you can't use the phone as its main function, A PHONE, without issues, what is the point of it. Extremely dissatisfied with it.

I would give this phone a 5 star rating if it wasn’t for this one huge issue. I live in a basement apartment so even though Verizon says I should get cell service... I don’t. I was using an iPhone 6 Plus before purchasing this phone and never had any issues making calls at home because I used WiFi calling. Well this phones WiFi calling capabilities suck so bad. Sometimes it would work and other times it would say out of service area like it would refuse to use WiFi as an option to call. Verizon and Best Buy tried to fix this issue but no resolution could be found except to trade it in for an iPhone who has better WiFi calling. I am thoroughly sad because I really wanted to keep this phone but back to iPhone it was. Please fix this issue Samsung!

If it wasn't for the widespread issue of the S9+ unlocked phones having black crush and gradient problems then I would give this 5 stars. It's a hit or miss if you have a phone without defects, but this was a big problem. If you want to know if you have the same issue, go in the dark and hold the power button down, and you will see the background look like it got black ooze that spilled over it instead of a smooth blur effect or look at the top right or left of the corner screen on infinity wallpapers and see if it pixelates on the dark corners. That's how you know you have a defect phone. I would recommend this phone if you get zero problems with the gradient and black crush issues.
