Samsung service SUCKS!

Samsung Tech who I dealt with for 1 month all told me that if Samsung repair could not fix it I would be sent a NEW 9+ phone NOT a refurb since I was still under warranty. WELL After 10 tech over a course of 1 month could not get it to work via phone support and told me not to worry I sent it in. The first Email from Samsung service was they found the issue with the GPS antenna and was waiting for the part. COOL...But then a week later an email saying the battery would not charge. I had NO issues with teh Battery....4 days later another email saying the display would not come on. I had NO issues with the diplay ever! Thsi phone was in an otter box case and never dropped!. A few more days went by and now an email saying there is cosmetic damage. OMG I called...the manager said I could not speak to the tech but the notes indicate that Samsung broke the back case on my phone. I was sent a crappy refurb. I sent it back! Thais was the firt time I ever bought a phone and paid this much only to have been screwed by Samsung. NOT happy! NEVER send anything in to their so called service Dept. I never got an explanation where my phone went and what happen to it!

Battery life poor

And the other thing is its keep disconnecting from the bluetooth. An not so happy with it at all. I see others play games on there phone and the battery life is good just the same am disappointed compare to my S7 edge I had better result from my edge
