Just returned from a multi city trip. Tracked my luggage perfectly everywhere. Very happy.

Great product. Terrible and incompetent customer service. They extended my delivery date by 14 days when they said I'd get it next day. So I canceled the order BEFORE it shipped .. and they still shipped it anyway. I had to go through a hassle to return the product .. and I am STILL waiting for the refund. I wouldn't go through this again. So while what I bought from Best Buy was excellent .. I sent it back and got the same product same day from Amazon. If I'm not paying cash .. I wouldn't buy anything from this store again because they showed that they do not care about their customers.

Easy to use setup and attach. I use this for my computer bag because sometimes I leave it at the office and sometimes it's in my car. Perfect simple solution.

Purchased to hrlp kerp track of s phone. Staff consultant, knew that I didn't need the fob made by Apple. Which is what I asked about. So gkad hexwas observent.

Definitely abit different from my last model. I was a little concerned about the battery life from what other viewers had stated. But so far its been good.

been working great for me. the samsung app is easy to set up and get it working is easy. I am using them for gps for my cars.

The Samsung Galaxy S23 model that I have cannot install the necessary apps, so the accuracy is low when using it.

Works perfectly and I'm glad I can keep track of my keys now.

I like that they are lightweight. I bought the four-pack because I have four kids. I was able to hide each one inside their backpacks so that they wouldn't be tempted to play with them. They are easy to set up, and you can name them. Three out of the four updated to display their current location. One displayed that it was at my home address all day when clearly it was in my daughter's backpack at school. I know because I work from home and my daughter is in elementary. Although the others updated regularly, it took several minutes to update the location.

Good product for Samsung users,......same as Apple tags, i guess.

Perfect tags for locating something lost if you don't know where it is.

Works how you want it to. I programmed the smart tags so when I press the button twice I can even use it to find my phone haha

this is very helpful product, was able to easily track my important items like my wallet and keys.

Replacable batterys are best feature. Hopefully androids find it network will mature like the apple network.

Ordered Android air tags by cell for an upcoming Turkey Day gathering. The representative on the order was very helpful asking questions and reviewing my order before purchasing. Went to my Best Buy store for pick-up. I placed a tag in my car and the other's for luggage before for my flight. Thank you "Best Buy staff."

I like the new design i just wish that the loop would be easier to put on keys but other than that its still a solid device and I highly recommend it
