Up to 500 days on a single cell is impressive, and Power Saving Mode stretches that even further. It’s the kind of tracker you can attach and forget about until you actually need it. Lost Mode is another thoughtful addition. If someone finds your item, the NFC tap displays your contact info on their phone, even if they’re not using a Samsung device. Pleasantly surprised you can replace the battery on these, wasn't 100% sure when purchased. I'm a Samsung user, so these were super easy to setup with my phones under SmartThings. Pull the battery tag and it will immediately want to pair with your Samsung phone, follow the on-screen instructions, a couple of quick updates, and you'll be good to go. Location is pretty on point and stayed within the area. I believe it works by pinging off other Samsung/android phones that pass by to pinpoint the tags location. I had a month long international trip, with 3 different locations. The tags were really good in pinpointing my luggage. The one tag that really eased my worries was the one I put in my parked car, at a airport parking structure in LA. I checked that one religiously over concerns of theft. Would get location updates within minutes to at most an hour from last pinged. It would report my car located in the structure I parked it. Only once it reported the car was at the next structure over, but within an hour it updated to the correct structure. I'm assuming the Samsung user was in the structure over and pinged the tag, impressive and a bit worrisome at first. I thought my car moved, but once it updated I understood how the tags work. Either way, eased my worries and I could fully enjoy my trip without concerns of dealing with a gone vehicle on my return. Also, let my bestie use one for her luggage (also Samsung), she kept it after the trip lol. Highly recommend to Samsung Users.

I bought this so I could track my luggage when I am traveling and have seen amazing results. When security "lost my stuff" I was really scared till I remembered I put 3 trackers in my luggage I looked at the "smartfind" app on my phone and I saw they were just in the airport. As I looked at them with a smug face all I could think about is "Im so glad I bought the trackers" as it would have been horrible losing all my belongings to tsa cause they want a pc for free. it intergrated with my phone really well as it found my luggage less than a minute and made a loud ringer sound as they "found" my things. If you are worried about anything getting stolen, buy this tracker. Its better damage proof, than to damage control.

I needed a "finder" for my car keys, and this was the best because product matched up with my Samsung 22 Plus cell phone. Got in the white which shows better in my purse. Easy to install and gives me the location using the Smart Things App then Find App on cell phone. Will give me my home address when keys in the house. No extra fees for SmartTag 2. That works for me!

Very small devices that are easily hidden in small locations - and able to be tracked using the "Find" app within Samsung's suite of products. Initial setup is super easy and fast - and three different battery modes allow you to decide what functionality the device will provide to you based on how long you want the battery to last.

Was easy to connect to my phone These smart tracking tags are quite interesting, and I do appreciate the very precise location tracking they offer. It's certainly a helpful feature when trying to find misplaced items. However, I must admit the price point is a little on the higher side, which might be a consideration for some. Despite the cost, the accuracy of the precise locate function is a definite plus. Overall, a well-functioning product with a premium price.

I recently ordered this Samsung smart tag2. It was pretty easy to set up which is great as i am not too tech savvy. I was glad to find out that you are able to use a battery with this tracker. Since i haven't had this tracker very long and haven't used it very much yet, I'm not rating it with 5 stars.

I have been looking for a tracker tag for my work keys for quite some time, and this product has been perfect. It's very convenient, and there's a setting that alerts you if the tracker has been left behind - sonething I dont get with my Tile device. And as a Samsung user, the set up was very easy and quick. All around happy - plus i hade a $10 certificate as a BestBuy cardholder and spent even less than I was anticipating to spend!
