It was great peace of mind knowing exactly where my bag was at all times. I would definitely use it again. Will be purchasing more for the family

I've already lost my keys and found them at the local post office. And if you lost them in your house you could press a button and they make a noise which is even better.

I've been able to track my tag on a map and see every location that it has planned. I will be able to give an updated review with more details after a flight that I take here in a couple of weeks, but so far I am highly satisfied with this product..

I highly recommend. Unlike airtags you can replace batteries too.

There are times the tag cannot be found because there is no Samsung device around it. Not good.

We appreciate your feedback as we strive to be innovative while improving the design and functionality of our product line. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The SmartTag2 utilizes the SmartThings Find network which consists of many other "findable" Galaxy devices that work as beacons by sending out signals. Once these beacons detect a signal from a device that is being sought out by its owner, they will relay that information to the SmartThings Find network; allowing you to see the approximate location of where your lost SmartTag 2 last transmitted its signal. Other Galaxy users that are participating in the SmartThings Find network help with updating your SmartTag2's location within the app. We would be more than happy to assist you with what you may be experiencing with your SmartTag2, however, we need more information than we currently have available. Better than original but far from great.

Unfortunately it can't be used with iPhones even through the Smartthings app. Also doesn't provide live tracking. Does a great job of locating stationary objects when other Samsung devices are nearby.

Great, but not so great battery life
