Product is pretty good, but you have to be near it for it to recognize.Battery doesn't last as long as I thought it would. Overall its okay. the apple tag is better

In all fairness for this review, the problem was with my phone. It did not work with it as it only works with Samsung phones. Too bad, it would be nice to have this tracking device for my luggage, keys, and wallet.

So far, ok. Can find my misplaced keys now with sound finder. Negative for me is app should of been put into Galaxy wearable app, not smart things app. 4 stars

I really love the features it has! It has live tracking and it can find your phone and other stuff as well. Finally I don't have to call my phone when it is lost!

I received the smart tag (purchased used in excellent condition), I was not able to use it due to it being still paired to previous owners samsung account.

This product came brand new, but it didn't even work properly. I was at the airport by luggage claim, and the device never connected, so i had to manually get my luggage's myself. now i cannot return the product after 30 days.

Products sold by Samsung are warranted against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for the limited 12-month warranty period specified for each product. If the SmartTag is frozen and unresponsive, you can reset the SmartTag. First, remove the battery by opening the battery cover groove. After pressing and releasing the button once, insert the battery while pressing the button again and hold it for 5 seconds until the SmartTag makes a sound. GPS signals may be obstructed in some locations, such as indoors. Set the mobile device connected to the SmartTag to use Wi-Fi or a mobile network to find the current location in these situations. This tracker is amazing it notifies you when left behind and you can even track it when you lost. You can set it to lost mode and no one else can set it up. I love it.
