      I am sorry that I purchased this product. It is more difficult to use than my iPad that I previously owned. It is difficult to delete items. I cannot get my gmail to work to obtain my emails. I am so frustrated with this product that I have told friends to stay away from this product.

      If you're an Apple user you'll be unhappy. For Grandchildren its good & reasonably priced. Slow & clunky even with 16 gig micro card installed. If you have Samsung TV's etc its a good remote & Google Chrome, YouTube, Netflix work well with it. For serious work ~ get the iPad mini.
