      Had purchased a open box and oddly the camera didn't work and couldn't even download apps..had return and buy a brand one. Never had a problem with buying open boxed items that was my first encounter. Overall now no problems

      Great for the price .... but the touch screen response is not so great. Exchanged it once but was not working right. I think the the price is great but even the one I exchanged is acting up so I'm hoping it is an update away.
