Overall this is a great value and my kids love it. I am very happy with my purchase and I own all Samsung products cause its the best and at a great price. I assure you you will not regret buying this. The only complaint I have is the battery life but I use it everyday and I charge it everyday otherwise its perfect and I buy this again in a heartbeat!

I had bought the Tab 2 and I did not enjoy it much. When they came out with the 3 I had to have it. It is so much more user friendly and my 4 year old loves it. I loves the price on it as well. I believe the camera could be a little better but that is about the only thing I can find wrong with it. I would recommend this tablet over the iPad any day!

Easy to use and to download apps. Use it everyday.

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas as a substitute for an iPad. She was always on my iPad and it was full of all her games. Although I only use Apple products now, I have used Android based devices before, so I didn't expect the quality to be significantly less. My daughter and I were both unpleasantly surprised at how slow the device is. Apps and programs load extremely slow, when attempting to play music, there is a delay, navigation is cumbersome because apps download wherever and you have to look for them, and even attempting to disable the background apps did not help with the overall speed. The price was great, I chose this over a Kindle because of the price, but not at all what I expected. My daughter still uses it for games when I'm on my iPad, but this is definitely a device that I wish I hadn't spent the money on.

great for basic web surfing; emails; ebooks; good battery life

overall satisfied with tab. My wife has the tab2 7” and i really liked it so when i got a gift card at christmas i picked it up while it was on sale. graphics are ok for what i use it for and processor is ok, a little slow sometimes but not aggravating, mostly watch movies, surf net and watch you tube. wireless could use a boost, doesn't work as well as my s3 in the same room. biggest disappointment is it is running an older operating version than my s3 and the tab2! when samsung upgraded to their current version both my s3 & tab2 upgraded but when i started the tab3 it was running the older system and there is no update available, wouldn't be a big deal cept the newer updqte has many more user options, esp the settings menu and overall look is much nicer. great tab for general use but for the price i like the tab2 better
