Very easy to use, good apps, wish the battery lasted a little longer. I would also like to get a cover for it, but there are none available for the 10" tab. I have one back ordered, but it is really inconvenient without it. I am too afraid to take it anywhere without a cover.

I love the clarity of the screen and all the features. Being over 50 and first touch screen I have learning curve with the touch key board.

the owner manual was very poor for a beginner - have not found on line help useful - was invited to go to store and talk to staff as this was a gift from my husband and does not have one and can not teach me

My grandson loves it and is now asking for gift cards so he can buy the points (or whatever they are called) so he can get to new levels

Great second tablet for my kids. They had a kindle first but wanted something with a camera. I like that it is a front and rear camera. There is a little bit of a learning curve. But have been really happy with the Samsung brand.

We already have the Samsung Galaxy tab 2 so we know how good the Samsung tablets are. My daughter loves her Samsung Galaxy Tab 3. She uses it for homework, socializing with her friends and reading ebooks.

Very user freindly, easy to set up. Only thing a little disappointed with is that it doesn't have the multi screen feature like the note. But overall im happy with this product.

As a member of the 20th century crowd and over the age of 65 I found the product quite easy to use. Still learning the apps and having fun doing it. Love the alarm system.

Bought it for my son who is a freshman in college for Web Design when I purchased my Samsung Note 8.0. He enjoys it, takes it to school sometime and so far no complaints.

The only problem I encountered was when I recorded a Christmas Recital onto an sd card that was placed in the tablet. I placed the sd card into the laptop to view and the image is extremely distorted. We were disappointed.

Getting started was a challenge, the online features were hard to make work right for registration and initializing. First tablet, so still learning, but the convenience is great and works much better than the smart phone.

I used this for studying so I could have my computer with the review test showing & then use the tablet for quick answers & notes.

Wanted a mini tablet that ran updated Android. Found this one at Best Buy at a great price. With a 14 day return policy it gave me plenty of time to check it out. After 14 days I decided it was a keeper

Very good product but was too expensive for my taste. My mom wanted one for Christmas so I got her one and she loves it. She has never got into the touchscreen phenomenon but she loves her new tablet.

Took about two or three day to get it hook up to my WiFi unit after reading the instruction book and online help, so, if you don't know about WiFi, this isn't for you! Go with a cell phone that has internet and doesn't need WiFi to connect with the internet.

Buy one! You can use it for so many different things. Read a book play a game shoot off some emails. Stay up to date with everyone.

I bought it for my Down syndrome aunt she loved it! She doesn't not know much how to use it but it was easy to use it for her. The only bad thing is the battery life other than that it works great and the price is good

This tablet is a great way to use android apps. It doesn't have cell service, but I can access the internet through my phone in my bag while I use the tablet to play android games or browse the net. The size of the display makes it much more enjoyable.

I purchased two of these. Samsung in and of itself is a reliable product. I can say the color for a little tablet is great. I don't do much on mine however my daughter has hers full of apps and it is running great.
