It is a great gift for any one I give it to one of my friends and she loved it

Nice tablet but registering for all services from Zinio for your magazine to DropBox to store photos, Gmail etc. has made navigating through all the possibilities a pain. The tablet is great but to utilize it becomes cumbersome as if you are at work with a million passwords. Think about a Kindle or Nook before get on this one unless you love all the bells and whistles.

Will greatly recommend this tablet...i brought back my ipad mini for this tablet and don't regret.

Came in for the Kindle Fire HD but they had pulled it from stock because the new version was coming out. So I got the Galaxy Tab instead. Their loss.

I owned the previous version I had no problems with it I love all Samsung products I would recommend anyone and everyone to purchases a Samsung product and you will be in love too

This tablet is great for the price. I got it on special while it was $130 and it was worth every penny! It might not have the resolution of an iPad, but hey, it's still a tablet.

I am very happy with the value of this tablet. However, there is not enough information about how to use some of the aspects. I would like to be able to have instruction in hand.

This was meant to be for my kids to share so I was looking for a basic tablet. Nothing too fancy but easy to use for viewing web pages and some gaming. I have an S3 and like it so choosing this seemed like a no-brainer. For light-medium tablet gaming, boy, was I wrong! After installing 4 games from the Play store (Injustice, Magic: 2014 and other similar sized games) the tablet would slow to a crawl and HEAT UP! I checked the storage space and was surprised to see almost all the storage space used up! Of the 8gb advertised, about 2.5gb is used for the OS and bloatware. The 4 games took up about 1.2gb but the cached processes for all apps took another 2+gb. Not a big deal since I can add an SD card, right? Wrong again. Apps 2 SD not available for this model without rooting the device. It was around 75% full on storage space so it shouldn't have been so slow to use. I could've made it work...but I wanted the device to work the way it should, OUT OF THE BOX! The SD card is basically additional space for files and music, not apps. Returned and purchased a Nexus 7 32gb with a price match during the Gift Card promos. Slightly more $, but much better processor, 32gb storage (or 16gb if opting for the lesser price option), better screen and Google optimized OS vs Samsung bloated user interface.

Would recommend to others looking to purchase. Wish I had gotten one with a larger screen but the store didn't have one in stock

I wanted a tablet for my three year old's bday and asked the worker which is the best to run kid apps, mainly Disney ones. She told me that this one is the best and its on sale, said she knows they will run perfect on it. She told me it was the top of the line and best hardware. I bought it. Just gave it to my daughter for her bday and it won't run any of them. It freezes all of the time. I went back to Best Buy to see if maybe I needed more storage and the worker, much more knowledgeable, told me that more storage wouldn't help, it is because it is only a dual-core processor. He said he knows it won't run interactive apps like Disney. Turns out I need a quadcore processor, weird because the person who sold it to me told me it was top of the line. I asked what I could do and he told me..."nothing, you bought the wrong one, you would just have to buy a new one". Well since it was a gift, I bought it in advance for her bday and then gave it to her. By the time we tested it, it was past the 14 day return policy.

I love this product except for the camera. The camera on my galaxy 4 is better than the tablet. I live the fact I can sync all Samsung devices.

This is the best thing ever. Love it very glad I got it. We looked at several others and found this was the best price and the best tablet to buy. We are very happy with it!

The tablet is much faster than my old one, resolution is great, seems extremely scratch resistant and sturdy -- working great!

I bought this for my daughter & she is absolutely thrilled with it. She can download her music, stream videos & movies. Play her games & play with the pictures she takes.

would recommend for the price but if your wanting to do more like a I pad then I would recommend stepping up. unable to down load some apps.

Perfect tablet for games or searching the Internet can also program your tv with this tablet

It was a gift so I don't use it, but she loves it and raves about it when I ask her. She is always carrying it so I think that says it all!

Kids love playing on it, and great for quick uses throughout home!

I love my new Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0....I have had cheaper tablets and there is absolutely no comparison. I will be buying Samsung products for a long time to come :)

I liked this product so much that for Christmas I bought 5 of em! The only draw back that I found is that the life of the battery is too short. My kids and I love it!
