Need to wait for awhile till bugs worked out or youll get fustrated like my daughter is

It's not as good as it could be. The galaxy tab 2.0 was much better in every aspect.

For its low price, this tablet is highly recommended. It's a nice gift to someone who wants to have a nice piece of equipment that will allow one to show off a popular brand but at an inexpensive and affordable price. It is packed with features that are great for daily use for communication, music, video, music and gaming.

good thing to have and cool viedo and other stuff. its too small to watch more stuff

Great product and excellent features as you would expect from Samsung

I have had this tablet replaced four times. The first ones microphone and camera did not work. The second one wouldn't turn back on after charging the first time. Even the store couldn't get it to turn back on. The third ones microphone did not work. The fourth one had issues in that the speakers would still play music while headphones were plugged all the way in. Tried three different sets of headphones and it still did not work properly. Strangely I have a brown galaxy tab 3 and have no problems but thee hits ones all had issues. My advice is if you have to have this tablet do not buy a white one.

It's great for what it is! Expected more, but satisfied!

Slow and so I returned it and replaced it with Nexus 7.

wanted to replace my nexus 7, which i dropped and broke. Got jumped by Samsung reps at BB and talked into this tablet by them. It is slower by a long shot and the screen quality not good compared to every other low end tablet. I was stupid not to return it.

When I purchased this tablet I allowed for them to put a screen protector on it and when they did so they did it incorrectly, and also did not give me back my package or accessories that I purchased. After I got home (an hour away) and realized my stuff was missing, I called them to have it mailed to me and they would not send me my items and I told them I was not making a two hour round trip because of their mistake. They refused to help me at all (on all levels from staff to management) so I went back to the store a couple days later and got a complete refund

This tablet is not good for a person that is looking for something to multi task on. The tablet is slow and at times non responsive. I returned for an ipad mini.

I bought one for my 2 year old and it is great for him. For an adult it is terrible. Way too slow, too small, freezes, thick casing, and the resolution is not very good. However, perfect for children.

Very poor device did not work right from day one. Was given 2nd tab, same problems. Tab would freeze up and shut down, maybe you get what you pay for.

We purchased this tablet for my company to use in the testing of Android apps. When I got it in the mail the home screen button was broken, but a quick trip to my local Best Buy to swap solved that problem. As I got to using it, though, I was surprised by 3 key points, but first some caveats: I use an iPad and I have a Galaxy S4 phone. 1. This table could be used as a reliable boat anchor or mortar round. It's pretty darn heavy. 2. The layout of everything is markedly different than the S4. Confusing even. 3. Like it's bigger and smaller cousins the Galaxy Tab 3 is BLOATED with junk-ware. Software that Samsung and others installed that you cannot uninstall. At this point even if you are tech savvy and know what you're doing you can't uninstall those apps. That's a problem b/c it takes up space and gets in the way. With those points aside let's get another thing straight: As yourself why you're buying this tablet. We chose it because it was the cheapest of the "Reliable" Android tablets. Those points may be good for some but for the masses it will probably disappoint. We really should have gone for that extra inch and gotten the 8 inch. Some people may be satisfied with 7 inches but when you're use to an iPad that extra 1 or 3 inches (depending on model) really makes a difference. Not just on ease of us but clarity, eye strain, reading, etc. The overall size makes it good for fitting in a purse, or heck even cargo pants, but bigger is .. well..nice! Moving around the menus can be a little awkward if you're use to other Android devices. Items such as security and applications features are not where you expect them to be. This is probably due to only having Android 4.1 Jelly Bean (API level 16). The Galaxy S4 comes with 4.2.2. So perhaps with a little update at some point things will get better. All in all though, if you're getting something for business that you need to be a cheap Android tablet, without much bells and whistles, this is a good product choice. You've got all the standard apps out of the box: Calendar, music, photo management, weather, document creation, etc. If you're committed to Android but see yourself as a power/business user, go for the 10 incher. If you're not tech savvy, if you like bigger screens, ease of use, and in particular if weight is important, you should probably choose the iPad.

Android system sucks everything seems to crashs and you have 2 reopen them repeatedly the plug outlet on device is loose and it has to constantly be replaced thank God for warrantys

i was told by a best buy guy that it was faster than the galaxy tab 2 and that i should pick that one, that was all he said and i didnt ask more, because i trusted the brand. bad idea, it is slow and i cant even return it because i lost my ticket. the service service didnt help at all either. It isn't even comparable to the quality of a galaxy tab 2, this is just for someone who has no idea how to use a tablet and wants something super basic, it isn't fair to pay 200 for something a kid would only use. stick to something better

Bought it as a present. Ended up returning it as it was too slow and Web pages didn't open in correct format. Exchanged it with the 10.1 which was worth the money

Really basic. Doesn't allow apps to be move to SD card. Front facing camera can be way better (more pixles).

The time could never sync. I couldn't play Netflix on it. I couldn't get on Google Play or Samsung store. Nothing seemed to work properly. I tried to like it but I couldn't. I used a few Anime apps and Canon EOS Remote which worked well. Everything else made it seem like junk.

I bought this for a present for my wife and in 2 weeks it shut down and wouldn't turn back on. Apparently these tabs are known for just that. Google it! I would warn everyone from purchasing this horrible product. Had I not been am elite card member, I would have been stuck with it. Thankfully I upgraded to and iPad for her. Best Buy needs to review their return policy. Buyer beware!!!!
