Stunning picture quality. Excellent. But browsing speed is slower and the text is smaller when you are above 40++ But all the other low cost tablets are junk since the navigation is slower but navigation for Samsung tablet are very good

I purchase this tablet from another retailer and was looking for a nice tablet that was reliable , since I had a galaxy phone , I naturally chose a galaxy tab to interface with my phone. Well this was a little bit disappointing. The tablet is slow even if the internet is fast. I purchased two different tablets for my husband and daughter for Christmas and truth be told they were budget tablets that cost less than $100 dollars , even though both were quad-core they blew this tablet away! Now I want to sale this one for a quad core. I've owned a nexus 7 first gen, a ipad 2 and I have a macbook pro, I never had lack of speed problems like this!

I have this for a couple days I LOVE IT i have had no problems the jellybean core proceccser I something I really like all u have to do is say taco bell and it will already have it loaded on google and everything

To all tablet future buyers samsung is one of the best and affordable tablets. As for me 7' inch is fine with me but even the 8 or 10 inch are most affordable then apple. This is a Must Buy Tablet. Great Camera,Resolution and Easy to use.

I orginally bought this laptop to access my work email but when I found out it is not fast enough to support Citrix I decided to keep it anyway since it is so easy to use, good quality video and pictures.

It is user friendly. Great gift to my 6 Years old son!

I was in search of a smaller tablet to enjoy shows and movies on, and have had my eye on this tab for quite a while. I like the fact that it is so easy to use and connect to items as well as how stylish it is. I looked at the Nexus tab, and (gasp) the Kindle Fire, but in the end, for the price and features this tab was the winner. I also had read that the other two tablets had way better screens, but when you do a side by side comparison, you will not see any difference, and actually the Samsung looked a bit clearer!! If you are in search of a tablet that is a nice size, but don't want to drop 4oo for the Ipad, then I would suggest you give this one a look. Put it side by side with the others and see which fits your fancy!

I bought this mainly for my 5 year old autistic son and he loves it so far. Its alot cheaper and better than most of the kids tablets for the price. Its holding together well after 2 months.

Once we set it up all things run smooth and easy. Great product we use daily.

great for the kids... 8' screen is a bit small for adult, but perfet for the kids. the kindle is going for 119 now... hope this will match up.

I have the Tab 2 and it has no flash for the camera so i knew that the new one would almost most deffinatly have a flash but low and behold it does not. Not a deal breaker for me but it disappointed me a little im not going to lie

Brought this variant for my daughter on her 12th birthday and it's a good entry level tablet for a child. I do wish they had more parental controls for these tablets especially when it comes to browsing the internet.

I liked it as it was very easy to use and had features which were really of use. I gifted it to my dad and he can easily use it in his day to day work :)

I got 2 of these for the children. Once updated and samsung store loaded the device is already using around 60% of the RAM. This of course causes severe lags when using wifi etc, and greatly reduces response time. Response time from 1 sec to 10 secs for the same screens. We use Ipad, s4, moto droid, Nexus; all of which are much faster. My son is only running only one app; Marvel WOH and it lags horribly with it. He put it on his sisters tab to see if it was the same; and since she had 10 smaller game apps installed that only used 50 mb, it wouldnt even load the 80 mb game. Will be taking these back and trying the Tab 8; it and the 10.0 both have 2 gig ram instead of the 1 gig on the 7.0. Hope this helps for those actually wanting to use this for more than a yound childs apps. I also noticed it was compressing some apps to center of the screen, and verses nexus etc, the clarity (pixels) where not as clear. Load something at the store on the device that has some definition and look an ipad, or even your phone; you'll see the difference.

If you purchase the extended warranty you are throwing away your money. There are so many exceptions and ways Best Buy can avoid replacing a defective item. And they will make your life miserable. I know from experience. The Newnan store managers are incompetent and don't care about you once they make the sale. The Geek Squad service plan is really just a joke. Again, I speak from experience.

I bought this as a gift to my wife, at first she liked liked it, but later on she hated the slow response of the screen. After 5 days it would not charge. I am returning this and getting another brand. I tried using it and I compared it to my other tablet which is an iPad, the ipad is so much responsive and very easy to use and navigate.
