    My 7yr old found this tablet very user friendly, but I was not impressed w the child safety mode (whatever its called). It blocked the use of many apps.

    The tablet was to be used for work and fun. However, there are multiple apps that are not available for download on this product. To be honest we have used Apple products in the past and are still adjusting to many differences now.

    It is good. I did not know some of the features but the Geek Squad is excellent and helpful. I like buying in a store where you can talk to someone and they were quite happy to assist and help me with my contacts transfers etc. I took an extended warranty so that I can always get help and always be comfortable that my tablet will be repaired if necessary. My only regret is not buying the larger 10 inch model as I use it for work. Of course it is acceptable as it is, but I should have spent a little extra for the larger tablet.
