Horrible product. Once you start to open apps the system starts to run slow and freeze. Returned after one week of use.

Bought Feb.2016 and by July 2016 the graphics became distorted. Can't use it at all! Total waste of money!!

I purchased these for my nephews and grandson. We love them. The screen is bright and large enough for what they need. Simple to use. Easy to find a wide variety of cases for these too. Good tool for homework. I will buy another soon, for my brother.

Did not work on start up, had to return it, got another Samsung tab.

Was disappointed . Item was very slow , not happy.

My husband bought me this tablet last Christmas and I love it just as much today as I did the day I got it. Still works just as good. Battery life is excellent and I use it a lot for watching Netflix. I love this tablet so much I'm buying several for Christmas gifts this year.

The tablet has been good so far, and my only complaint is the lack of a front-facing camera. The spec on bestbuy.com indicated there was, but I now see others mentioning the same problem. Bummer.

I purchased two tablets for my two boys aged 5 and 7 years old. They have had them for over 5 months and we love them thus far. They are great for games, music, and video. The keyboard does have glitches quite often. That's my only complaint. You need to type slow otherwise the keyboard will spell out random words.

This tablet is small, easy to handle, and very multi-fuctional

I got this for my 11 year old as a Christmas present. Within the first hour she had already dropped it and shattered the screen....but the thing just kept on ticking. Until I can get a replacement she is using it. Only complaint is the battery life isn't the greatest

I returned a tablet that actually cost a good deal more than this one for the Samsung Tab 3 Lite. I thought the other tablet was a good choice, since it was manufactured by a major business computer company. Big mistake. The Samsung is much faster, even though the specs are around the same. I love the real home button, and I would never choose a tablet without one again. Sure, it won't keep up with the top Android tablets, but it works very well overall, and is by far the best in its price class.

I found these products on sale and they work great, especially for the price. If you need a more powerful tablet or a larger screen, you can opt for a different Samsung device, but for my kids these work perfectly.

Bought it for gift and I returned it, it was cheaply made, the camera quality is so poor. Also the spec listed this item as having a front view camera, that's a lie, it doesn't. I have been using Samsung phones and tablet for years and this one just doesn't meet the criteria for the Samsung quality products I have bought over the years.

Purchased for our 12 year old. It's great for him. Much better than the "off" brand tablets for the same price. Good Quality.

A decent tablet, though does not compete with others on today's market. The battery charges slowly, and the lifespan is short. Also, the camera is mediocre at best.

So far so good! The kids LOVE them! My husband and I use Samsung products a lot and knew the Samsung tabs would be a good option when looking for the kids Christmas gifts. We haven't had any issues so far and I don't anticipate having any, any time soon.
