Specifications mentioned as Front Camera is available. But when we open the product , there is no Front Camera available and Best Buy Customer Care is not at all responding on this .

Never again will I ever buy anything from Best Buy. I bought the Samsung Tablet and it is okay. It was to come with a six month Webroot Antivirus software subscription that needed to be downloaded. It has been five days and I still have not been supplied a download link. My Digital Library is still at zero. I tried to contact Best Buy by phone. After being transferred from one person to another and ended up sitting on hold with horrid music for over 45 mins. I finally decided no one was ever going to answer my question as to why they were not furnishing me with the download link and I finally hung up. I sent an e-mail and that had an auto response but no one has bothered to provide me with the download link...so I am guessing they thru the request in the trash. When I buy from Amazon I always get my download links within a couple of minutes of the purchase. I tried to send another e-mail tonight but that wouldn't go thru either. The screen said to call that ridiculous 1-800 number that transferred my call and had me on hold for 45 mins. the other night. This is one of the most exasperating disgusting purchase experiences I have ever had. Never again will I do business with Best Buy. So I am typing this review. Maybe this might get someones attention... but I doubt it.
