    I bought the Samsung 7" tablets and they work great but I bought the 10" for my mom and she already had to return it because it was locking up and she got another one which is doing the same thing. When she took it back to best buy it did the same thing for the Geek Squad so not sure what they changed but need to get it figured out.

    We switched from ipad because everyone said this was a better tablet, but we find it hard to use. The screen is extremely sensitive, so one little touch and it sends you away from whatever you are doing. And the power and volume buttons are so small we can barely find them half the time. Probably would have stuck with apple products.
