I bought this for my father in law who isn't very tech savvy. He doesn't use all the features but it was easy enough for him to learn what he wanted to do.

The tablet is great. Only downfall, 16gb for memory.

I bought this tablet for my 60-year old mother, and she loves it. She just recently got more acquainted with the tech world -- she's had an Android smart phone for two years now, and this was the perfect transition to a tablet. With the available Bluetooth-enabled, keyboard folio case, it practically replaced her desktop computer (actually it's a bit more robust than her desktop, for her purposes).

Bought this tablet for my sons. They love watching videos on it. Not much room for games.

It isn't too big and isn't too small. It has enable my business to go paperless.

Than my kindle, but otherwise I do like this tablet. wish I would have done more research and would have spent more for a faster tablet

I have to say as a die hard samsung fan I was very disappointed with this product. Screen resolution doesnt even compare with other models in its price range. I expected a lot more from samsung. Also the sound quality left a lot ti be desired. Needless to say I returned it.

camera takes truly lacking in quality pictures, screen is perceptively inferior to Ipad or nexus 10 or the new more expensive version samsung released recently. The device also seems to stutter briefly but perceptively with a variety of applications. that being said the screen is bright and clear but just not good enough for reading anything other than comics. its ok tablet but would recomend nexus 10 if you care about price or new version or ipad if money is not an issue.

battery stopped staying charged. goes from 80% to 0 in 10 min. one month out of warranty and they said they would charge me to repair, then tech support was going to put in repair request but their live chat disappeared. I called tech support and they were trying to help me troubleshoot but lost the call.

Was thinking of buying an iPad but I'm glad I bought a Galaxy Tab 4 instead! It's amazingly bright and colorful with tons of features. Very happy 2 thumbs up!!

Had mine for about three months and I wish I spent the extra for an Ipad. This thing is slow and can't keep a wifi connection when I'm sitting on a router. Has trouble translating pictures from an apply devise. So all my old pics don't/won't cross over due to an platform misalignment. If you don't know anyone with an iphone then its not a problem.

This was a gift for a great grandfather and has provided hours of Skyping enjoyment

First of all it's a "Samsung" I love this item....
