The Samsung representative was extremely helpful in showing me how to set up the product with the apps that I wanted. I have only had the device for a few days, but look forward to learning how to use all of the features that are included in the package. I had also looked at the Nook and the Kindle, but felt that this Samsung had more to offer.

It's sturdy and durable and has the latest Android can offer! The only Galaxy Tab better is the 10.0. If you want the best, the Galaxy Note is best, but for kids, I would recommend the Tab 4 7.0!
