Bought this to replace a Nook. this tablet has done exactly what I needed to do great e-reader but also more.

My mom is 96 years young.she is currently using the tablet for playing card games. Will continue the process.

I bought two of these tablets for my little ones to use. This purchase will make 4 Samsung tablets for our family. My wife has the Tab 2 seven inch and I have the Tab Pro 8.4. We have had nothing but reliable service from all Samsung products, so getting these for my kids was a no brainer. I really like the kids mode on these newest versions. I can set up whatever boundaries I want and not have to worry about my little ones getting into things they shouldn't while using their technology. Overall these are just great tablets.

The Nook reader seems to stop working during reading sessions. It isn't consistent when attempting to find "current read"

paired with amazon app store you can get daily free apps that for some are great learning tools for kids.

I really enjoyed the features of the Galaxy Tab. It's a little small if you're trying watch movies but it's to be expected.

She loves to use the Internet, especially Utube. Games are easy to download and use. No problems yet.

Bought these tablets for my boys (age 4) for Xmas. They already knew how to play games on our Samsung phones so Samsung tablets were obvious choice. Keep in kids mode for them to keep them from changing settings. We're glad we decided to go with these over "kid" tablets. Another great Samsung device.
