    I have purchsed two Samsung Tabs and both I would recommend. The volume on the Tab 3 is much better then Tab 4.

    I'm giving this a lower score than I would want. This was purchased as a gift and it worked fine for awhile. It stopped charging and then completely died. Another was purchased by the gift receiver so in that case I would say if not for the death of the product she liked it very much for the price.
