My 7" Samsung tablet purchased at Best Buy in December 2014 lost it's Wi-Fi connection on 14 months. I did purchase the protection plan which means the repairs are on me. Samsung wants close to the purchase price to repair it. You would think a Samsung product would be better quality. I should have gone with the Kindle.

Not the fastest tablet on the market. but it works for reading and checking email

Samsung includes Hancom which is supposed to be an office app, but it isn't as good as others and has unrestricted access to everything on the device (network, keystrokes, accounts, PWs, location, surfing history, etc.) and it can't be uninstalled or turned off. It's spyware. Buy a different device that doesn't do this.

i bought a galaxy tablet with warranty for 2 years so when my son cracked the screend i took the tablet to get fixed to best buy ,they gave me a run around ,they told me they could not fix the table because on the receipt it says my tablet is white and the one i am taking to get fixed is gray.i told him i dont know why it says that color ,so if i take any white tablet theyll fix it cause its white . doent make sense does it . i taught they check it by the code on the tablets.not by colors.

Purchased the Samsung tab for my daughter with Geek Squad protection for the first year. A month after the warranty and protection ended the Samsung died. It would not boot or show any signs of life. I called Best Buy and I was refered to Samsung since it was out of warranty and support. Samsung wanted $65 to check it plus $185 since it was out of warranty. The new products don't cost $185 so was floored that they had the gall to request that kind of money for an item that should last longer than a year. A local repair shop has agreed to fix it, but will not purchase another and leaves a bad taste for Samsung and their support.

I may just have got a defective one, but regardless my faith in Samsung definitely took a hit. It was fine for 1 week then one night I was trying to watch a Netflix video and the sound sounded like everyone was whispering. So I brought it back a different brand and its sooo much better than Samsung.
