I ordered one online, it arrived the very next day at my house. Unfortunately, it turned itself off about every 3 minutes during the setup, and I would have to start the process over. I took it to the store, and got a replacement, but I had the very same issue, even in the store with their help. They replaced it again, and it has worked fine since.

I have 2 of these tablets. They are pretty good tablets. Only issue I've had is with one of them...first the screen went out after about a year....then maybe a year later it wouldn't charge and when I took it to geek squad turns out the motherboard needed replaced. No issues at all with the other one though!

Right size for games and internet. It is not heavy

This is a good tablet that gets the job done in terms of your needs for a tablet. The only downfall is that it can be somewhat slow and unresponsive, but that could be due to the websites and it is not bad enough to make you not want to use it.

I use a tablet for religious clerical work & didn't want a bulky laptop. For simple functionality this tablet is great. Had a Samsung tablet almost 5 years old & they've made great upgrades to location of buttons & power connection locations.

Samsung Tab A 10.1 is a really nice tablet which may not be premium but is much better than any other tablet at its level. I bought the open box from Best Buy and found it to be brand new. I'll highly recommend open box stuff from Best Buy

I needed a new tablet & saw this Samsung. I`m a Samsung phone user & thought this would be great and it is!! I love that it operates just as all other Samsung products. It linked my calender, email & google accounts with no problem. I love it!!

Good tab, clear screen, good wifi. Works well and good size.

We bought a couple tablets and other things from Best Buy and the tablets worst Samsung Androids and they help from all the representatives was very good to excellent. We have no issues at all with Best Buy's and will continue to shop there

Best buy gave me the best deal possible with this tablet that I've been waiting for a long time to get. They put it on sale with savings of $100.00. Table is really nice overall. Great RAM speed and charging time is awesome.
