Picked this up on sale. Glad I did. Very nice tablet. Synced nicely with my galaxy phone, so all my apps are on it. Only thing I wish it had was compatibility with S pen. Other than that, no regrets.

I have hardly used this device, because I was having a hard time switching from Apple to Android. Today, I pulled it up and if froze. That was an hour ago and still, it won't cut off or go to another screen. I pushed the on/off button for over 10 minutes and still it's just like it was. Light on, home screen, and popup that says "Quick connect." With buttons: wi-fi , location, sound, auto rotate, Bluetooth, Power saving, and Airplane Mode. If there is anything I can do from here, I sure would like to save a trip that is an hour away from home. Thank you " Model SM-T580, 16GB

So far has been a great gift for a novice user. She was invited to a,workshop at Best Buy which was so informative. It really guided her and have the confidence she needed to move forward. Thanks for offering this workshop.

Purchased this tablet for my granddaughter for her birthday at a really great sale price. She really loves being able to it for her Youtube viewing and advises that it is easy to use.

This Samsung Table A was a Christmas gift to my daughter (age 43). She hasn't set it up at this time ... will probably need help in doing so. From what I hear, she will be able to skype with her brother who leaves in Japan .... hope this is the case.

I have purchased two of this tablets for both of my daughters. Two years ago I bought the first one, I used it myself for other things like excel , PowerPoint ,word and other things. So I decided to get the same model SM-T580 for my youngest daughter.

Tablet purchased in 2018 for our then 7 year old. Has worked great and still going strong. i recommend a good case and it will last you for a while

This is my 3rd Samsung Tablet. I've had good luck with them all. Galaxy Tab 4 Model SM-T230NU Galaxy Tab A Model SM-T550 and most recently, Galaxy Tab A Model SM-T580 It's Not a Laptop/Notebook Computer and shouldn't be expected to do everything a Notebook Computer can do.

My wife is new to technology and the tablet was for her. I has been an easy transition from an Ipad to the android with fewer isues. resolution is great and applications are plentiful. The wifi is a tad slower than expected but sufficient for watching streaming TV so no complaints there.

I purchased this tablet for an avid video watcher. After using my own for 2 years, I knew it was the perfect tablet for viewing videos, blogs, and movies. We now own 2 of them with no complaints.

This is my second tablet. Same model. Needless to say I love it. Was sorry the battery failed after a couple of years and found that was not the issue but repairs could have cost more than new tablet.

The tablet came with a colorful cover that will have reduce breaking when dropped. i bought this for my 3-year-old grandson (so he will leave mine alone) and he loves it. It has children's apps pre-downloaded for them.

It functions as expected. The fact that the control buttons, on the bottom, do not light up was not apparent until I got it home. If I had noticed, I might have passed on it. It is also a bit thick and heavy. I`d spend the extra $ and get the S5 version instead.

I bought one for my son and he reallly liked it. I am going to buy one more for my daughter. I really recommend to buy this product even though it is a little more expensive than the previous generation.

Was purchased with the removable keyboard and electric pen. My wife uses it for school and online shopping. Great tablet for the price. Does everything she needs it for. Highly recommend.

Helpful sales clerk. Knew products well didn't take long. was able to answer questions. Geek squad helped with e-mail after I made error. They erased and set me up quickly.

The only thing keeping this from being a 5 star review is the buttons at the bottom. It can be annoying when you accidentally hit the back button when adjusting your hand. Also wish there were better covers available for it, but that's not the tablet's fault.

I've previously had a Samsung Tablet, liked it so much when I had to replace it is why I chose this Samsung Galaxy Tab A. My previous tablet lasted 4 years so I hope this one lasts as long.

I got this as a present for Christmas. It's perfect for my needs; simple games (cards, backgammon, etc.), Facebook, web surfing. I have linked it to my Chromecast and used it to watch Amazon Prime videos.

I got this for my wife. She never uses it so it works pretty well as a coaster if you are looking for something better looking that cork or plastic coasters.
