I would of gave it 5 stars but if using as a clock on a night stands it sucks! It will shut off, screen go black, after 30 minutes so trying to use it for a clock doesn't work. Other then that its fine.

got it for my husband for a gift at Christmas. He has been implementing different programs and learning to use different websites.

Easy, convenient and better than pulling out the laptop. My only complaint is that I wish the speaker was louder. I do most everything on this tablet.

Ipod Touch design and functions haven't changed much in the last few years. That said it is still a solid performer for storing and playing tunes as well as games. It would be nice if the display was a bit bigger.

When I first purchased the Tab A, it worked great. However, in September it began shutting off for no reason and finally quit working altogether. Sent it to Samsung for service, came back within a week with a diagnosis of a charging issue. Then it continued doing the same thing. Sent it again and it was returned within a week with a diagnostic. It continued to shut off and freeze up. Emailed the Samsung Customer Support requesting a replacement and was informed that Samsung does not replace or refund. I must continue to ship it off. I have done so again, all this within 6 weeks. They are allegedly doing a complete diagnostic on it. I have no confidence in Samsung customer service. Luckily, we have not had issues with our Samsung phones, but I seriously doubt I will ever own another Samsung product again if they will not back up their products.

I wanted to get a tablet for my granddaughter. This meets both our needs. Was a good price and a great buy

this tablet is great i love it work great and feel great to, but i dont like the 16gb is ok but it not good enough, but everthing else is amazing

An unbeatable combination. Best Buy and Samsung tablets. I have purchased a number of these over the past year and they usually exceed expectations.

Does everything that you'd expect. Nice resolution. The only thing I'd like to see is better response to inputs. Doesn't always respond to touch as easily as I would like to see (or feel).

I brought this tablet for reading pdf's and have found some many other things to do with it!!! I love Samsung and its' products.

I bought a Samsung Galaxy, because I have one that I gave to my granddaughter to use. I really feel they are easy to operate.

I am really happy with this tablet, the only thing I wish that it came with was a detachable keyborad and the price is a bit too high.

Tablet performance is excellent. Only issue for me is placement of controls on right side of tablet which I inadvertently hit from time to time when holding the tablet in horizontal position.

This is my first tablet and I'm very pleased. Easy to use and the free geek squad set up appointment was a definite advantage. Would recommend.

This is a good tablet. sturdy and reliable, used for web, emails and occassional small data sets. this is the second one i bought,this one was a gift.

Purchased this tab as a gift and have a heard only good things about it. 16 gb storage was a little on the low, but adding external memory certainly helped. I will definitely recommend this tablet.

Needed a new tablet, like SAMSUNG, so, contest! I wish home button was on long side instead of short side. Still adjusting to that.
