I have had to return the Galaxy Tab A 2 times to find one that actually works. One would not download anything and the other did not always have sound and a strip down one side kept flashing and distorting words, games, and video.

I was disappointed a little. But my ignorance. Just believed there would be a Sims card to add for a provider service we have. But made it work and set up a hot spot at home. But wouldn't recommend to friend, isn't very mobile

The Tab A is decent, it will do all of the normal things a tablet is supposed to do and will minimal fuss. However, the 16gb internal storage is diminished by half because of the bloatware installed. I was highly disappointed by this.

I actually found this tablet operates worse than my last edition. Its almost too sensitive to touch, problems getting on internet, and I after 2 mos I had to send it in to samsung for repair as it wouldn’t turn on or charge.

The tablet was reasonably enough priced. Although, it was an impulse but, it almost got me through the weekend, entertainment wise. I think one of the newer models would be a more wise decision.

I picked this up as a refurbished unit, replacing one I managed to dribble on the floor. It is a little slower than i'd like, but works fine for my needs, light internet browsing, controlling house/appliance functions.

I decided on this tablet, as it was close to my phone so not so hard for me to understand. this is my first tablet. I had wanted the 9.7, but was told it was no longer available. ended up costing more than I had intended to spend

I grabbed this tablet due to the great price. I wanted to like it. I struggled with the form factor. The weight of the tablet made it difficult to manage with one hand. The internet was slow as welI. I eventually returned it.

This is my first tablet so for that reason I have to give it 3 stars because I have nothing to compare it to. The one thing I think would make it better is to have a USB port for external devices.

This is the third one I've had and only got it again because of the price. So far it's working but the last two haven't done well so I'm holding my breath this one will keep working.

This tablet was awesome. I purchased this Tablet on March 4th. Within having the tablet for a few days I had problems keeping it connected to my home network. I thought a setting had fixed the problem. I was wrong. I should have listed to my initial thought to return the tablet when I first had that issue. Now it is June 9th and the tablet will not stay connected to my wireless network or any other one for more than one minute. I have not had this with the other two different model Samsung tablets I purchased or any other device in my household. Glad I purchased an extended warranty.

Returned for Ipad Air 2, my wife had been used to an Ipad for four years and did not like the smaller size and the display manners of the android as well. Exchanged for an Ipad Air 2 and she is a happy camper.

Switched over from an iPad. Device is a little glitchy and the aspect ratio of the screen is odd. Software and accessories don't really support the size. Other than that it appears to be a good little tablet.

This is a good standby tablet. Them memory and, processor make it not a workhorse. It's good, solid and, handles the newest Android operating system. Just not "special"

I purchased tablet after consulting with sales rep on capabilitues of tablet. I was told that I would be able to buy a pen for the item. I wanted to buy a top of the line tablet pen that comes with different pen nibs... When ready to utilize the tablet, I purchased pen a few weeks later. The pen did NOT work at all. Some of your sales reps have poor skills; unless your goal is to sale product without concern for a repeat customer.

After hours with a Samsung rep and three different (new) machines the tablet would shutdown randomly with no input from me. Several times it would shutdown and lock. The Samsung rep was at a loss (me too). The obviously experienced rep spent hours trying to resolve the issue to no avail. I gave up and Best Buy accepted the last one back as a return. I left quite disappointed but very impressed with how was treated.

Great tablet for surfing the web and watching youtube. The screen isn't the brightest and it's not the smoothest, but for the money it's well worth the purchase.

Other than running Android 4, it still manages to do all of the tasks that I need to accomplish. I'm hoping that one day it will update to the latest version of Android.

Not as quick as I expected. Have an older samsung tablet that seems more responsive. Also had problems running some apps that other tablets ran easily.

Look, nothing is going to be as good as the iPad. But if you're looking for something on the cheap side this tablet is very nice. My mother-in-law loves it.
