Bought this as a present for my mother, I noticed the limited capacity but thought about expanding with se card. To my surprise Samsung does not allow to use SD cards to expand full capacity. You can only use sd card for photos and documents, but not for apps or additional OS updates. So, in les than 6 months the tablet became full and useless. Wasted 200 USD on this. Will definitely not recommend this product

The swipe function is terrible. Is like it gets its words from a jibberish dictionary. It's slow at opening apps and the charge port is difficult to plug in to.

This tablet does not have enough memory, at least 32 GB is needed in my opinion. It has a slot for a memory card, but some apps do not allow memory card install.

Fine tablet for my purposes, All i want is for browsing the internet and looking at social media. Watching movies on it was good also. great screen

case is slipper, image on screen is flat contrast not like s8plus. camera takes ok pictures but low saturation. bought it for wife she even said its flat in color

the was no info in helping you set it up. not had a tablet before. at least you could have the books you could buy available.I probably have messed up my tablet

The screen resolution looks a bit opaque to me, and it seems to lag a slight bit. When I press on something to launch I notice a lag, could be more seamless.

My husband didnt really like this one. It wouldn't let him adjust the lighting on it. We probably got a dud so we took it back to the store.

It’s not like I pad the video and picture Quality is really bad you can’t even watch Netflix with the HD

I don't use it as much as I initially thought I would but it's still okay. It runs kind of slow with some applications in comparison to my phone

I live out of town and have unable to attend any classes, I will need to go back to Best Buy as I was given the wrong size on a tri fold holder.

I bought this as an economical way to do some minor web searching. Some games that do not require major processor speeds, etc. The one game I downloaded and utilized was SWGOH it is not a high graphics demanding game. The game stuttered and buffered on the Samsung. I gave it a month trial and multiple wifi connections. This is not worth paying even $100 for. I returned this, bought an iPad Mini base model for just slightly more, and zero buffering or stuttering. I guess the adage of you get what you pay for is true in this case. Don't waste your money.

Got it in a sale, so far so good. Nice carry to go tablet. Goodfor unscheduled movie watching.. hopefully it will last for years..

This is my second tab a. Right now I'm having a constant problem with the cursor not showing up in various search boxes or sites.

This tablet has a great price compared to Apple models. It is good tablet for everyday use.

Samsung support is terrible. I skipped the latest Tab A and Tab S6 in favor of the Lenovo Chromebook Duet.

Got because came with Word & Excel but after 2 documents, memory full. Fingers need to be warm for touch screen to work at all

not as dependable as you would think it would be ... difficulty with switch operation on off … very sensitive screen switching ..

Purchased product three days ago. Still getting the hang of it. Not the most powerfu in processong or surfing. But so far, meets my need.

I hate this tablet. I am so glad I purchased the Geek Squad, but I hate that it continues to not function. This tablet I purchased New and it worked seamlessly for 3 months. (I used it mainly for streaming movies) It then would only stay on for 15 minute increments. I have taken it in to Geek Squad and it continues to turn off after 15 minutes. They have tested it in store and it has been sent out to be fixed. Do yourself a favor and buy ANYTHING else.
