Problem is with Best Buy they charged me more amount than it was mentioned online. The ear phone were not able to get in the tab.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab was a great tablet for my husband. They have alot of great games. And so so easy to setup

This tablet was not too bad for what it is. Doesn't hold a candle to an iPad though. Ended up returning it and went back to an iPad.

Pretty good tablet, seems a bot slow but i think it works well enough.

Decent tablet overall. It doesn't seem to want to screen mirror with Google Chromecast which is unfortunate.

Hate the button locations and operating system. Felt duped into buying it by Geek squad rep who said my old Tab 4 was dead and couldn't be fixed. Took it to Batteries Plus and they installed a new battery, it now works great so I returned the Tab A

It works, but I wish I had waited two days and I could have bought an iPad for about the same price.

Not great memory. Constantly clearing up memory, especially when downloading movies or shows

My children use it very good beginner tablet just take a long time to have a complete charge

It has some drawbacks...but it's okay. Not too impressed but better than I had before.

This was a nice Tablet, however 3 months after we got it, it stopped charging correctly slowly declining to even take a charge. It now wont charge at all or even turn on when plugged in. Kind of majorly disappointed. I guess this is why people buy the extended warranties!

I prefer the first generation Samsun Tabs this one is over the top with things I don't need or use.

Fair device not very good low resolution. the price is good right now but it used to double of what it is now

Beautiful screens, easy set up. But not easy to use. Not enough storage entry points and types.

I'm giving this five stars because first and foremost it deserves it. Secondly, folks have issues initially and instead of getting it resolved first they post low ratings. I'm not a paid spokesperson for Samsung but I just think this is simply unfair. Anyway, I'm a tablet fan and I previously owned the Tab E. The biggest thing I didn't like about the Tab E was screen resolution. I like to read a lot on tablets and after a while I would begin to experience noticeable eye strain. So I decided I would budget more towards a 10 inch tablet. What then became frustrating was the total lack of full HD tablets in this size at the price point I was looking to spend. Just when I was about to give up and wait for the next batch of tablets to come out I stumbled upon this newly released Tab A 10.1. This is already going too long! Let me just say it checks off all my boxes for what I use a tablet for. 1). Full HD display. 2). Bluetooth 4.1. 3). 7,300 mAh battery. 4. Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow out of the box. What I've constantly read about regarding the Tab S2 series with the Amoled displays has been poor battery performance. This is why for me this hits a sweet spot by giving you just standard full HD paired with Android 6.0.1 marshmallow and the 7,300 mAh battery. I picked this up from Best Buy on Saturday afternoon, 7/23. After charging it fully from 63%, before turning it on, I've been on social media, have watched some YouTube videos and have done a boat load of browsing using Samsung's internet browser (great, fast browser). Well I'm writing this at about 11:00 AM EST on 7/25 and the device still has 30% battery life. Sorry for the long review!! But as you can tell I really like this tablet!!

Tablet shut off multiple times during setup, returned it to store and another one was ordered. For some reason best buy canceled the order of the replacement tablet. Went back to best buy and had ANOTHER one order and was told I would have it in 2 days, after checking the tracking it's going to be 9 days before it's received. Would not recommend best buy to anyone after the run around I've received!
