Had it a couple days. Rebooted a dozen times in that time. Attempted some Internet suggestions to fix. Not disassembling a brand new tablet to fix a manufacturing defect on the battery connector. RETURNED.

this tablet screws up the Samsung name.. it is very unstable. screens switch with just a slight movement of your hand. I down Loaded the Samsung Kids app which neither I nor the Samsung Tech could get to run. properly. then neither the Tech or myself could remove the app. . because the app setup as wall paper automatically, finally the tech moved the app to the Samsung folder. to get it off of the desk top. can;t stop the screen from rotating, even though the screen is set to land scape. There are a lot of bugs that need to be fixed in this tablet.

There's a lot good about this tablet. It has a lot for the price such as a beautiful high-rez screen, a fast processor, really good battery life, and it comes with Android 6 Marshmallow (more about that). A minor irritation is that the hardware navigation buttons are not illuminated. In a low light situation, you have to just know where they are. The biggest weakness is that it only comes with 16 GB of internal memory. It does support SD cards up to 200 GB. However, I found that Samsung has chosen to NOT support adopted memory in their version of Marshmallow. This is true for all Sammy devices. This means you don't have the option of expanding that paltry 16 GB ... half of which is used by the system and Samsung's baked in apps and overlay. The bottom line is that this is a fine home or kid's tablet, but you shouldn't confuse it with a real working tablet. Perhaps they just didn't want to steal too much thunder from their $400-500 offerings. I'd almost give this 4 stars and would recommend it with the limitations mentioned.

First two WHITE tablets did not work. I had to get BLACK in color for it to work properly. Do not like black color but had NO choice. Don't understand why a color made a difference.

Awkward to use. Nowhere near the ease of using my Samsung 8. No phone so I can't text. I bought it a month ago and I disappointed to see that it was a 2016 model.

16 gb is just too small for a modern tablet There's well under eight gigs on which apps can be installed by the time you account for the OS. Yes it can take a microsd card but unless you are prepared to use it in adaptive storage mode and ruin the card when you take it out of the tablet, you can't install apps to it. This renders the tablet completely worthless for gaming. I've got four apps alone that would overload its paltry storage.

Bought this expressly for the ability to play through television. Spent nearly $100 on non-supplied cables to do that. But the tablet does NOT have the port needed. Salesperson assured us a Samsung micro to HDMI would work. NOT.

At first I thought it was just new machine glitches but now, a month after buying it I can't get it to stay on for more than a few seconds. I will be returning it this weekend. Terrible purchase.

I have tried this product in the store. And loved it but when I purchased mine it would not turn on returned to best buy very helpful they tried to turn on but was unsuccessful they apologized and pleasantly reimbursed me.i will still purchase a Samsung different model though.

i GOT the printer to nwork when suddenly it spoted and sid it was out of ink and was not installed corretly it also sad to cean the ink cartridges i do not kno how.

This is my third Samsung tablet and I wish I had not bought it. It is slow to open and times out quickly if not in constant use. Wish my note was still reliable.

I got this tablet some time ago ... I've had to have it replaced more times than I want to count. Ok for playing games but little mem space

Tablet keep randomly powering off. It would even power off when powering it up. It was a pain. I had it replaced and the new one had same issue.

The battery life is very disappointing, networkign and internet connection is misleading and confusing. Not worth the money I spent on this device.

I've had the same Samsung tablet for 4 years and still working great but, I thought it was time for an upgrade I wanted some new technology. So far I'm very impressed with the screen resolution, battery life and the speed. I also purchased the 64g memory card for some extra memory.

So busy, so busy, and yet I have to deal with returning this tablet this week. Less than a month old and getting a black screen. Do not appreciate being sold junk. YOu shouldnt have to worry about things like this for a long time. SHOULDNT.

Always losing hotspot wfi and can’t download my Grubhub on it I’m thinking to trade it to defiant tap Thank you

Wife in hospital, purchase SM-T580 and a logi cover with keyboard. No instructions and the cover was given as best for that unit. did not get to use unit. Wife home went back purchased another SM-T580 again, No instructions. Paid for short class from you. Units still don't work for us, and that logi cover doesn't fit or work with these units. Not happy!!!! Told you are dropping Samsung!!

Nice tablet for the money. But...After exactly one year from the day I ordered this Tablet, it turned into a brick. Blank screen, no activity, nothing. I only used it a few hours per week. It’s currently in a UPS box on it’s way to Samsung for repair. Disappointed.

This tablet was defective. But I did get my money back. I have had other Samsung tablets and the only problem I have had is the batteries had to be replaced after a year.
