This was a replacement tablet for a defective tablet. This tablet had the same defect which was randomly powering off. I wasn't able to complete setting it up all the way.

Has to many apps loaded that you don't need are use that can't be uninstalled that take up to much memory .

This was the worst tablet I ever Purchased. What makes it even worse is that I purchased it twice. Both times the tablet died on me without any warning or any damage. Please don't buy.

Got it when it was 179.99 and coming from an Amazon Fire HD 8 inch, the upgrade was noticeable immediately. The screen is gigantic and full HD, Netflix and Youtube and WatchESPN all look amazing. The weight is actually lighter than you would think, but bear in mind it is a 10.1 inch display. The quality is pretty remarkable, it feels like 500$ tablet definitely not the toy like quality of the fire tablets. The only downside is the sound is not the best due to speakers being located on the bottom, so if the tablet is pressed down on a surface the sound is muffled, but this is nothing a Bluetooth speaker can't fix. All in all, if this ever goes back on sale, I would recommend it to anyone,

Completely shut down within a weeks time. Very frustrating. Best Buy did refund my purchase price with no problem.

This tablet struggled to run many modern apps. Very slow and unresponsive to input.

I found this tablet be lacking in screen quality and storage capacity I returned this product for an iPad

This phone cuts off on me, sometimes as much as 3 times in a row. Could be just this phone??

Bought this open boxed, gave it to my 5 year old, surprise I got you a tablet!! Tried to start using it, wasn't set back to factory default had previous user's password locked.. Great Job Geek Squad, got my money back and went to Walmart to buy the same one, cheaper.

After 6 months it just stopped working.. never got a new one

I really liked the functionality of this, I'm a loyal Galaxy phone user, but it was overheating towards the end and eventually just wouldn't charge. I didn't purchase the warranty because I was banking on the quality of the phones, and the fact that this barely left my bedroom--so no expected drops or spills. OH well, you win some, you lose some.

Returned 2. Difficult to use. Both kept turning off within seconds of entering password. Very frustrating.

I got this on Black Friday. Returned it because of poor picture quality.

I'm still trying to figure out how to use it. I'm not sure what it can do.

I THOUGHT THE TAB A WAS GOING TO BE AS EASY TO USE AS MY SAMSUNG NOTE. IT IS NOT.

OK, this is my 3rd tablet, having gone the way of a small, cheap store brand, then a small cheaper Samsung. All those were garbage in speed and processor capacity, too easily bogged down, locking up, and needing rebooting frequently during a single session. Like child's toys, really. Glad I spent the extra money a year ago on this proper tablet. Octa-core processor makes a HUGE difference and I can now power through all manner of streaming video, YouTube, Hulu, browser with lots of tabs open, Google maps/Earth, street view, 6 email accounts etc. It's my home-theater companion at my side to consult the IMDB, Rotten Tomatoes, Ebert or other websites as I watch television and movies. I take it on plane trips with movies, shows, and music and multiple 32 or 64GB SD cards (cheap & easily interchangeable thru side slot) and everything works perfectly, though I do reboot about once a week just to clear the cache and ensure smooth running. Beautiful BRIGHT full HD display, and great like-new battery life even after recharging 3X a week for over a year. Says it comes with Android Marshmallow, but mine auto upgraded to Nougat when I initially set it up. No more cheap tablets for me.

When filling out forms online some of the numbers are not recognized. Very frustrating as I couldn’t move forward until I filled in the box with the correct numbers. The tablet is now only used for games and surfing. I can’t do anything productive on it.
