Decent tablet for the cost. I got it opened box. I was surprised that it didn't come with a charging brick, just cable.,

I bought this tablet a year ago. It was working fine, without any issues. Suddenly the screen turned off and the tablet stopped working. I called samsung and I was told that my warranty expired in June 2018, when tablet died In the beginning of July, one or two weeks after the last day of warranty. I shipped the device for the check. I got a call from them that fixing fee is 109$. Even though, I asked several times about detailed technical problem and the cause of issues - guess what? - they are shipping the dead device back! This was the only and the last item that I owned by them!

We purchased and returned three of these from another retailer due better price and return policies. All three had problems with powering down or getting into a state where they wouldn't power up. Many similar problems in the 1 star reviews here so I won't be trying one from here either.

This tablet was working great for the first few weeks. Then it started randomly rebooting when streaming movies from Crackle and Netflix. It has gotten to the point where it reboots 1 to 2 times a day! I have a new 128gb Sandisk SDXC card in it. Movies downloaded from Netflix are saved on the SD card. What a huge disappointment Samsung!

Don't try to do anything that requires a compass setting ...... It wont work .......

It plays videos great but when you play Clash of Clans the touch accuracy is way way off and nowhere near as sensitive as it should be. I think I'm going to have to bring it back and get an iPad

I am a samsung customer all the way so when I decided to get my daughter a tablet it was merely a question of which samsung tab did we want. We picked the tab a 10.1" and within 3 weeks it quit charging and the screen image would vibrate. Since still within best buy return time frame I exchanged it for another the new one did same thing within two weeks. So returning it and getting a different brand. Samsung is losing quality.

The tablet in nice, while it lasts. Three out of the four Samsung tablets that my family and I have bought have not lasted two years. I talked to Samsung's customer service but since they were all (just) out of warranty I would have to pay to have them fixed. If you want a tablet that lasts more than a year or two this is not the one for you.

Frequently spontaneously powers down without warning - even with fully charged battery. Very disappointed. Screen pops (clicking nose) when first displayed. Bought yesterday back to the store today.

I purchased this 13 months ago at my local Best Buy store. I had left it fully charged on the table for a few days and and it bricked on me. Never dropped it. Kept in a protector since I purchased it. Sadly for Best Buy I just purchased over $1500.00 worth of computer components. Guess what they are getting at their return department soon.

I am about to take back my second purchase of this tablet. It continuously shuts off for no reason. I will be buying an iPad.

Slow and not a great display. I got it and was not really happy with it

no charger included. description stated charger, cable and user manual would be in the box. Only the tablet is, and the box is pretty beaten up. Upon calling support, they offered a full refund. I wanted a partial refund or the missing part shipped, they said no. Too bad. Now I have to spend more money and wait more time.

On the first day of owning the tablet it would constantly lock up. It would do this regardless of the app that was being used. I could barely even do a factory reset on it so I could return it, even in the settings it would lock up. Definitely not going to very another, just going to return it.

Simply will not stay connected to the wifi while all other devices/phones in my home have no issues. Sent it back thinking I got a bad one and the same issue with this one. There's better options. Spend a few bucks more. It'll be worth it.

After one week it randomly shuts off and is very hard to get it to turn back on. Going back tomorrow.

I bought the first one on 7/16/16, yesterday I exchanged it due to it would not turn on. Today the tablet froze completely. Frustrated with this new tablet. Need to take this one back.

Bought a Samsung 10.1 in Jan. 2018 and it died in Oct. 2018. Need I say more? 10 months at that price? noooooo
