Neither of us knows a lot about tablets but with help from others and Samsung at Best Buy, we hope to further understand how this works and enjoy having it. One thing we would have liked is that we could have put a data plan on it so we could use it to watch television shows while we are traveling.

Great product with minor issues

Its great to access everything as easily as my computer or phone, and it has definitely been a worthwhile purchase! My only complaint is sometimes the SD card will not be able to be read, and the tablet will act like it doesn't exist anymore. I just unmount and put the card back in, and it fixes the problem, but I've had to do this multiple times.

My new tablet is just what I had hoped for

This new Samsung tablet far surpasses the experience I had with my previous Samsung and once I added a Logitech mini-mouse to it...it just became astonishing.
