Great gift for my daughter

It charged the whole night tried doing a hard rest and could hear it doing a screen shot. This was a Christmas present. Having to send it off to samsung after looking this up it appears to be an issue with this tablet saying to remove the battery but to keep from voiding the warranty we are going to send it in.
