Have problems

lots of problems with screen
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.although i like the idea and overall experience of having a powerful android system with a nice screen, we had several different problems with the device. the touch screen did not activate like a mouse click on several websites and so i could not successfully navigate to other areas of the website. this was most notable on the google news site. it was not clear whether i was supposed to do a touch, a long touch, or a multiple touch. the 'enlarge screen' triple-tap would not work consistently. oftentimes something would work once and then not again. i suspected that there was something wrong with the touchscreen but was not willing to get another one to find out. it's samsung's job to quality check their devices, not mine. also although i have had an ipad for many years, i prefer having a device with a real keyboard at times. i returned the samsung tablet and bought a dual format chromebook for the same price (i.e., either laptop or tablet). i am happy with the chromebook once i figured out how to print with it.
