Once the program launches it works well. I use it for streaming, and although the app is slow to load, once the streaming starts it's smooth and works well. Good battery life.

While not the quality of an iPad, these tablets are certainly a big step up from the Fires. They charge easily and are fine for the simple tasks my kids use them for. Mostly wathcing YouTube and playing games.

For $90 it's a steal. It does everything that I need it to, mainly for entertainment and social media. The user interface is not the smoothest but what can you expect for $90 and specs that aren't on par with the latest flagship smartphones

With a corporate job and 4 kids in the house, I need a functional, tough, but not super expensive device. The Tab A 2016 edition fits the bill nicely with features I'd expect to see on a more expensive tablet. Is it absolutely the greatest tablet ever? No, but for the money, it's a great value. I'd highly recommend giving it a look.
