GREAT FOR ELDERLY USING SKYPE

I SET UP THE TABLET WITH ONLY THE SKYPE APP ON THE HOME PAGE . IT'S SO SIMPLE I JUST CALL HER AND SAY LETS DO SKYPE ,SHE SETS UP THE TABLET (WHICH I ATTACHED A STAND ON) AND I JUST CALL HER. SHE LOVES IT . IT MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE TO HER AND ME . LOVE THE TABLET .AND THE BEST BUY REP THAT HELPED ME SET IT UP .

Good tablet for the price

Best Buy refused to refund the price, but Samsun had a better customer service. They were able to resolve the problem. Too bad for Best Buy and their policies. They need to learn and improve their customer service.

Decent tablet

We have had no problems but I would like if you could use the SD card as storage automatically instead of having to move things to it. Other than that, she has been very pleased with this.
