After initial problems that were corrected by the Geek Squad, she is thrilled with her gift. Had to take to the store and software was updated for it to work correctly. After that - its a good beginning product.

It's a bit on the sluggish side but it's by no means the top of the line, especially considering the price. Def worth looking into if it's for a specific use case.

Received in two days. Had trouble getting my scanner to pair with new tablet. Went into store and the Geek Squad set me up, they are great. I use this only for work. I had essentially no down time.

It's a bit slow, but does the job. There are newer versions out there, and that is why I am not too critical.

Good tablet

Tried downloading the app from an unsecured source and still nothing. Wish it was able to support Amazon video. Other than that its just like my phone, just a bigger screen.

Samsung tablets are notorious for their low sounding volume so you need a speaker. I only use it when my other tab is dead so i dont worry about it too much. It is so tiny also.

They are pretty durable tablets. I have a two year old that has dropped mine several times and the screen did not crack or anything. Samsung is a great brand and that's usually my go to for electronics
