She had an iPad but we left it on the plane. She used it but does not prefer it. Compared to the iPad, the touch response is not instant, and even a 2 yr old can understand this! We have since gotten her an old iPhone 6s and haven't used this tablet in months.

The only reason I don't give it a higher rating is because for someone who heavily uses a tablet , you may want to get a more powerful Samsung tablet. Would definitely purchase again but for a child or a tablet beginner.
